Avete presente un cantiere a cielo aperto? Ecco come era lo Sheraton in questi giorni.Sono stata in questo hotel anni fa e l'ho trovato peggiorato in modo impressionante.Se la catena Sheraton ha programmato lavori avrebbe dovuto chiudere l''hotel non lasciarlo aperto con rischio anche per gli ospiti che si sono trovati a dover " zizzagare" tra pavimenti con cemento fresco, ponteggi , vetri da cambiare depositati ovunque, scarsa pulizia dopo i lavori... L'unica positività è stata la spiaggia,pulita e curata e la pulizia della camera. Il resto è lasciato al caso .Non esiste una dirigenza che controlli il ristorante ( menù decisamente scarso) e assolutamente limitato come spazi, i bar.... Trovare un'acqua con gas è stata un'impresa epica.I bagni comuni non venivano puliti regolarmente!! Un vero peccato perchè la location è ottima ma l'organizzazione inesistente. Tutto abbandonato a sè stesso...

La struttura molto bella ,ascensore di vetro con vista mare ,camere stupende con arredamento perfetto. Spiaggia bellissima con la barriera lunga 1 km . Buffet molto ricco ma per me e mio marito che abbiamo tante allergie alimentari c era semprelo lo chef a dare aiuto . Molto preparato sulle allergie alimetari . Tutto lo staff mollto cortese e cordiale.

La struttura è abbastanza datata, non ti aspetti da un 5 stelle di avere sanitari vecchi e pieni di muffa, il cibo non è all'altezza di uno standard occidentale. Molte parti dell'hotel sono dismesse. La clientela è per lo più araba. I punti di forza sono la vicinanza a Naama Bay e l'accesso al mare. La barriera corallina è presente subito dalla spiaggia.

Struttura fatiscente e non curata da anni. Personale di scarsissima professionalita’. Pochissimi parlano inglese e male con difficolta’ oggettiva di interlocuzione. Il Cibo rasenta la sufficienza sia per aspetto che per varieta’. Nessuno dello staff saluta abitualmente i clienti. La SPA ha condizioni fatiscenti ancor peggio la palestra. In ultimo ed in generale hotel non all’altezza della catena Sheraton.

Vista mare incredibile!
Esperienza molto buona. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad Aprile 2017. Purtroppo la situazione in cui versa il turismo in Egitto in generale ha fatto si che l'hotel fosse vuoto di turisti. Nonostante tutto siamo stati molto bene perche erano piu loro dell'hotel che noi ospiti e quindi siamo stati trattati come re!! Colazione buona anche se non eccezionale. Camere molto belle con una vista da togliere il fiato!! Letti molto comodi e camera spaziosa. Veramente una bella vacanza. L'unico neo è che l'hotel comincia ad essere un po "datato" e con la sempre minore affluenza non viene mantenuto in condizioni perfette. In generale lo consiglio per una vacanza nel massimo relax e a 2 passi dal mare!

SHERATON SHARM - mare e spiagge da sogno !
Il resort nel suo complesso e' molto bello ma la cosa che posso definirie ECCEZIONALE e' LA POSIZIONE per quanto riguarda il mare. La spiaggia e' bellissima, sia la parte attrezzata che la parte terminale dove lungo una bella passeggiata pavimentata, sempre all'interno del resort, si trovano svariate calette non attrezzate dove e' possibile vivere il mare in modo piu' selvaggio e dove si può entrare in acqua direttamente dalla spiaggia fatta di sabbia e coralli. La struttura dell'Hotel centrale è di lusso e molto ben organizzata. La stanza del resort puo' definirsi buona anche in rapporto all'anno di costruzione, la pulizia al minimo indispensabile. Sono presente svariati ristoranti anche in spiaggia. Ho mangiato una pizza che poteva essere abbastanza passabile, se volete mangiare un sandwich e' un po' complicato ed i prezzi non si possono definire economici ma era prevedibile dato il livello del resort. Per il servizio di trasporto per Naama Bay e' presente sia un pullman ad orario da prenotare all'ingresso dell'Hotel centrale oppure un servizio di auto con autista eccellente ad un prezzo abbastanza buono. All'esterno del resort si trovano i taxi ma bisogna percorrere un lungo viale per poterli prendere in quanto non li fanno accedere al villaggio. In definitiva mi sento di consigliarlo per prima cosa per IL MARE STUPENDO e per un servizio nel complesso buono anche se ad un prezzo non particolarmente basso per la zona. BUON VIAGGIO A TUTTI

struttura un pò datata, ma sicuramente da 5 stelle. Una stella in meno soltanto alla camera (noi siamo stati al resort), per il resto tutto perfetto, spiaggia piscina tranquillità e cucina (il ristorante italiano PORTOFINO è eccezionale.

Tra i primi 5 a sharm el sheikh sicuramente.
Da 1 a 10 voto 8. Risente un pò forse del peso degli anni la struttura, ma cmq è un ottimo hotel spa. Abbastanza completo di attività coinvolgenti e servizi di tutti i tipi questo hotel ci ha saputi intrattenere al meglio per una settimana, forse due sarebbero state troppe ma non vedo cosa potrebbe offrire un altra struttura che lo sheraton non abbia. Qualcosa da migliorare tipo il servizio internet wi-fi un pò problematico da usare in camera, il personale poliglotta quasi inesistente, le rifiniture delle stanze un pò datate, le macchine bancomat non sempre compatibili con tutte le carte (italiane almeno).

We were expecting a lot of more from a Sheraton... Our time was good thanks to the staff, since the facilities are not at the best shape. The buffet is in general just average, despite having paid the "all inclusive" no many options. It is questionable for a big brand name, still being using single-use plastic, specially for cutlery at the restaurant and at the beach, when there are many eco-friendly alternatives.

Taxi service is a scam from front desk and bell hops. I had to call the manager Waheed to get a regular taxi which only costs 400 EGP compared to the scam of no taxis available so must take limousine for 1000 EGP. How can a Sheraton not have available taxis?

Отличное расположение. Вид на море.
В целом всё понравилось. Большой чистый пляж. Большая территория. Есть проминад вдоль моря. Хороший кораловый риф. Спокойное море благодаря заливу. Неделей ранее останавливались в Grand Plaza так там давали заходить в море только после 15:00 из-за высоких волн. Чистые номера, но старая мебель, продавленый матрас. Все двери скрипят. Дверь в ванну раздвижная без ручек и по этому тяжело открывать. Большой балкон с прямым видом на море и завораживающий рассвет. Быстрое обслуживание номера. Сразу после звонка нам приносили всё в номер. Вкусное и разнообразное питание. Есть часы когда ресторан перегружен и не хватает свободных столов. Официанты долго подают напитки , путают или забывают принести. На всех барах в отеле делают не вкусные коктели, пиво не достаточно холодное, белое вино отвратительное. На территории отеля открыты 3 бассейна, чистка которых выполняется во время купания. Я плавал в бассейне возле diving clab и его пылесосили в 11:00,что очень мешало плавать. Анимация скучгая. Подводя итог хотел бы отметить, что общая оценка на Hotels.com занижена .

A experiência supriu minhas expectativas. O hotel é um antigo 5 estrelas, que mereceria uma reforma, mas atende muito bem nos quesitos quarto, praia, resort. O quarto apresenta sinais de uso, como cortinas um tanto antigas, mas nada que desqualificasse a estaria. Cama excelente, café da manhã excelente, um lugar lindíssimo e excepcional estrutura de praia, mergulho. O atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar, muitos empregados não falam inglês o que dificulta a cominicação

Got scammed by a hotel employee
The stay was perfect, until I was sitting on the beach and I got solicited by a hotel employee for a speed boat ride, I saw the offer, liked it paid for it, it was scheduled to go 10 AM the next day, however no one was there to pick me up, done endless phone calls still no response I went to the hotel reception to make a complaint they verified the person who took my money works for a company affiliated with the hotel, and they gave me the phone number for the company manager, he was so nice and he said he’ll send it over through any mobile carrier cash wallet, I didn’t have one at a time, so I told them I’ll call you when I get home so I did, everytime I call him he says he’ll send it within 5 minutes and he never do. Just got sick of it.

My stay at the Sheraton in Sharm was one of the most rewarding and wonderful hotel stays I’ve experienced. The staff are so friendly and want to serve to make sure one is completely comfortable. They were very polite and well trained for customer service. The hotel’s location is perfect to experience the relaxed surroundings and beautiful sunrises. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Sharm and get the most out of the best Red sea view.
