Well located hotel but noisy room
The hotel is very well located to enjoy life in Sheridan. We also apprecieted the swimming pool and the restorant. The only problem is that the room was noisy. A costant buzz came from the bathroom and the airco (switching off the airco in the room was not enough). So despite the other good points I would no go back there.

The area the pool was in was a bit humid, but to be expected. If you’re a light sleeper, ask not to be near the ice machine. Was not an issue for me, but I could see it being an issue for some. The restaurant/bar on site was uncomfortably warm, we refused to eat there is was so warm with no fans for air circulation. Happily we found something to eat elsewhere. Would stay there again though.

Run down, didn’t find it very safe. Had to go to another building across the street for ice. Customer service was lacking. When i walked in no eye contact, no hello, no hold on. She did something for 5mins before sje even acknowledged me. Ill never stay there again.

This property is in dire need of a refurbishment/remodel. It is very outdated and the room did not have a clean look. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets and towels looked clean but were worn and old. We stayed for 2 nights. They did not come to make beds or change towels on second day. I had to contact the front desk for fresh towels and I was told to come down and get some. Carpet did not look clean. Pool area had trash laying around. There were not any clean towels in the pool area.

won’t be staying here again
checked in at 3p, had to wait an hour in the lobby because our room hadn’t been cleaned. when we finally got to our room, it was very dirty. there was some random person’s pajamas in the bathroom, dust and hair on almost every surface. the sheets were stained. booked the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was full of hair and soap scum. clearly wasn’t cleaned at all. also had black mold on the grout in the corner. had housekeeping come back and clean it again, but it was still not very clean. we didn’t even end up using the jacuzzi, so paid extra for nothing. literally had to go to the store and buy cleaning wipes to make the room decently clean. staff was pleasant to deal with and apologized, but nothing else was done about the poor quality of the room. more than likely won’t stay here again.

Nobody was at the front desk, and I waited 25 minutes to check in. I don’t blame the staff, the girl that checked me in was very apologetic, she was folding towels while I waited. I blame the management/ownership for being cheap and underpaying/overworking employees.

I called Sheridan's BW before making reservation re: Accessibility and my mother needing walk-in, yes she could with her limited walking ability. No more requirements were mentioned. We ended up with a tall tub, dirty grout in a room without any windows to daylight across the busy street from breakfast. It was totally unacceptable. We cancelled that day and found other accommodations. It was a three night stay and after repeated calls they refused to refund any of the $500 cost. The hotel we found said they get similar complaints from customers of BW's poor customer service. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE Housekeeping very friendly, staff at the desk, consistently save one, rude.

Close to food choices, older style hotel
Comfortable, older style with both doors that access outside and the hall for pets. They didn’t advertise the pet fee until I arrived and then too late to cancel. Others don’t add fees. Close to lots of food choices.
