We routinely welcome late arriving guests without incident. All late arriving guests are provided with detailed instructions for gaining entry after our front desk closes at 8pm which includes a code for keyless entry. Our records indicate these insructions were provided to you via the email address provided to us with your booking 2 days prior and also shows online as having been received. Regrettably there was some confusion regarding the number of guests staying, however after bringing it to the attention of a member of our staff, an addidional "complimentary continental-style" breakfast was provided. I can also assure you that our breakfast items (mini-quiches, egg bites, muffins) are made inhouse and not frozen from Costco as suggested.
