“We arrived at 8pm and the door to check in was locked. So I had to check my email to see if they send me anything about checking in after 3pm. They did. They sent me a code to my room and my room number. We had to log into Netflix with our own account and pray that when we left it logged us out. “The room and bathroom need a serious remodel . They also need a good cleaning . I understand that this is a pet friendly room , but isn’t that why we pay $20 a night for (a little extra cleaning) ?
