Camera dal design minimalista
Camera funzionale, con tutti gli optional ma veramente piccola. Niente armadio, abbiamo messo le valige in bagno per entrare noi. Vicina alla metro e a Little India. Pieno di locali per mangiare

Hotel vicino alla Metro vere Lavander
Buon Hotel, pulito e profumato vicino alla fermata della metro Lavander quindi comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto, ma non vicinissimo al centro. Vicino a Little India e Arab Street. Personale gentilissimo. Graditissimo il minibar offertoci.

Good place, clean and feel safe. On the negatives pints keep in mind that the room is very small. I do 1,67 and I felt like sleeping in a shoes box. Can be also noisy when people on next doors takes theirs showers. Otherwise is a nice pmace.

The room was cozy and clean, good for couples! Love that different lighting inside the bathroom too! Except for the shower can’t really figure out how to change to the other one

I had issues with how clean the rooms where I was moved 6 times which wasn’t great at all! The staff where nice and friendly and did resolve my issue

This hotel is ok for a budget hotel but the room rate wasn't budget. Very small room, had an ant infestation around the table area, if room rate had been sub SGD150 a night no complaints, but for over 270 you expect better.

Very clean and great location. Great for young people and those on a budget. It is very small and tight inside the rooms. We spent very little time inside of our room.

Not a Boutique Hotel at All
We checked in on Dec 28 for US$218 for one night stay at the "Family Loft". We got a room on the ground floor where you can hear the elevator "ding" when it arrives, and people walking across the lobby. The room has NO WINDOW. I was told there are rooms of the same type but they are not available at the period. The only ventilation is the air-conditioning which faces directly at the master bed on the upper floor. So you either freeze the people on the upper floor to death or you suffocate the person on the lower floor. The room is super tiny without enough area to open even one suitcase. I found ants in both sleep areas. The bathroom has no separation between the shower and the toilet. This is not a "boutique" hotel. The setup is a budget hostel. There is no art or design that you'd appreciate. The only thing that associates with a "boutique" hotel is its price. If you were a budget traveler, this hotel is likely overpriced. You can definitely find similar price budget hotels that at least would give you a window. But if you actually have a larger budget but got misled by this hotel's "boutique" name and fish-eye photos on the website, you would be very disappointed. The staff is helpful and friendly, being fair. Stay away from this one: if you have the money, you will find this place disgusting. if you are on a budget, you will find this place over-priced.

Worst choice I made in a long time. Small and dirty room. Smallest bathroom and sink. But what made me really angry is that the room had No Window and they do not inform you when you are booking. They intentionally mislead you with a picture with a curtain but behind it is just the wall.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed. The room is extremely small, dark and dirty. Of course, the hotel rate is not expensive. But, it is not at the budget hotel level. The bed is on a 1 feet platform, which is surrounded by four walls with only a small opening for me to go from the bed to the door with a 1 feet tall step. There are windows on one of the walls. But, the opposite hotel is blocking the light. The room is very dark in general. As my room is at the third floor, I can clearly hear noise from the street. The toilet with bathroom is very small and dark. The lighting in the bathroom is ridiculous … very weak light blue to the roof. I basically cannot see any thing clearly during bath. They put a wooden plate next to the bed to work as a desk. But, it is only 1 feet from the floor. This is completely crazy! The save-box doesn’t work. The hotel room is very noise. I can hear people talking in the other rooms. There are families with kids making noise all day long. Right next to the hotel is the Singapore Funeral Home (Singapore Casket Co. (Pte) Ltd.). If you want to go to the Bendemeer MRT station, you must go pass it. All staffs are not helpful except one lady! It seems like the entire hotel is running by that lady, who is doing all the works. Others are just sit there and say no to all your questions and requests. I deeply regret that I selected this hotel.
