Hi Megan, I can honestly say that since we purchased the property in July of 2021, this is the first time this has ever happened to our guest. Luckily for us, we were only a phone call or text away. Plus, I thought we had made good on this unfortunate circumstance of another guest accidentally forgetting to return the key to it's original place for your seamless check-in with dinner & drinks on us at the golf course clubhouse restaurant.We have learned our lesson from your experience and have now set up secondary steps in case this sort of thing ever happens again. As new owners of this great little B&B in western PA ratings are everything to us! We hope you would revaluate your rating based on how we made good this issue and the rest of your experience with us. We look forward to having you back and showing you how we've grown from this rare moment.

Hey Linda, I'm happy that you enjoyed your stay. We work really hard to keep this beautiful historic building in shape for everyone to enjoy. We try and price these rooms as affordable as possible, however the state and lodging tax can hike it up a bit.

bedding is the hardest part of running an Inn. Some like them soft some like them hard...We have tried to get another cook at the Inn but have not been able to find a responsible person. I hope you understand.

not sure which room you were in but I checked all the air conditioning units and they all work. However, some people forget to turn the fan units on or they plug the unit into an outlet that is on a switch. sorry for the problem...most of the time when you are here we are out and about doing stuff...the contact number in at the front desk if assistance is required...but I hope you still had a good time.
