Dear Arif, We are so sorry you were disturbed by other guests staying in while you stayed with us. I have checked the calender and I can see the other guest was a family who were staying temporarily between tenancies. The mother was a teacher who worked in local school and she cooked later in the evening for next day. It's a situation which could have been avoided if we were reported about the disturbance when it happened. Around the kitchen , we mention to all guests is a quite zone between 10pm till 6am. From your feedback, I will work hard to inform all guests about quite hours in the property. Best regards,Safa

Dear Norm,It is disappointing to see your review. From start you did not read any communication that was sent from us. We sent you messages almost 4 - 5 days before arrival likeSelf check in email, directions on how to find us , places to see and eat around. Your sat nav took you round and round while you actually were so close to the house. ImYou booked a family room and you were provided 2 adjoining rooms as mentioned on the listing. I'm not sure without more info from your end what service from us was not up to your expectations.
