2 rooms good 1 ok 4th dreadfull Very noisy on a night , no sleep Police banging on door , Had to pay deposit, manager ran round in his boxers checking rooms before we left for work , rooms cleaner on leaving than they were on arrival , outer chalets the better if you have to stay

Very noisy people coming and going all night. got woke up most night . one night every 2 hours resulting in police been called everyone knocked up and out of Bed no sleep at all. the manager is very nice - but this is no good when have to go to work (sorry) have to pay £10 per day for parking and £50 deposit - didnt get told about this.

I saw lots of complaints on reviews but gave it a chance as it was very cheap. Basically - you get what you pay for, and a bit more. For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks

Ive stayed in some dives in my time and this is up there with the dodgyest place ive been .Turned up to be told they didn't have my booking, got given a room next to reception in the end and I could hear the same excuse used on every person that tried to check in. Wanted me to send a screenshot of my booking on here when i checked out for some reason? Guided one poor guy into a parking space then blocked him in with someone else before knocking around at 4am to get the person to move their car (after taking £20 from both of them) I would say it's alright for a night's kip but you won't even get that. Avoid for anything more than an absolute neccessity, leave your saddle at home though because they will 100% take you for a ride.

Worst “hotel” in The UK, by far! Parking is a huge con, the owners are scumbags, rooms are disgusting, shared toilets and showers with crack heads.

Terrible scamers
As soon as i parked, there was a crack head smoking at the entrance. As i aproached to the reception the smell of weed was overwelming and i believe the two people at the counter were also high. They told me that if i wanted a room with shower it would be 46 pound for each room, so as i had two rooms with 20 pound extra for parking it would be over a 100 punds. I went in the rooms and they also smelled like week and my family saw the bed bugs reviews and decides to go elese were get a hotel somewhere else....the other hotel we went told us that this is an on going scam in this place that is a crack house not to take any kidds or ur family at all

DO NOT STAY HERE! Expedia should not advertise this place! Turned up and headed to reception nobody there even though it says 24/7 pressed the bell and the cleaner come. Couldn’t find our booking had to call the owner and finally get us our room. We got shown the COMMUNAL toilets and showers, walked in on a man in the shower!!! There isn’t even a single lock on the shower! The whole place is filthy and reeks. Floor boards were lifting up in the room, and doors on the room were extremely hard to close properly and locked. After about 5 mins in here we left, again couldn’t get hold of any reception so just had to leave!

Clean, friendly hotel, in need of a little TLC
A late booking due to car problems. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but I would say in need of a refurb with screws missing from the wardrobe door and marks on the red wall (room 6). Number missing off the door. I'm not really used to shared facilities so this was an 'experience' for me but everything provided was sufficient. The walls are unfortunately a little thin so we could hear conversations in other rooms. Value for money was ok but honestly I preferred the air BnB we had the night before.

The place was terrible, not clean and did not feel secure, the key given for my room had a different number to the room, I feel the place did not might fire safety standards so decided to find a different place to stay

Rain coming through ceiling, collecting in puddle running up to base of bed by morning. When confronted about the situation next morning, the managers kept saying it was going to be fine because they will just clean it up.

Awful - please don’t book it!
Wouldn’t call it a hotel or B&B. This is a dodgy bedsit which is falsely advertised is so many ways. Starting with the parking which is so limited it’s not worth advertising and certainly not paying for if there is a space. This is in a super dodgy area - unbelievable only 10 mins away from Windsor where I went for work. I’d say the basics of a hotel are a good nights sleep but this place didn’t even have curtains or towels for a shower in the shared bathroom which, again, wasn’t advertised as such. It had an awful smell everywhere and the walls and windows were so paper thin you could hear everything all night long. I barely slept a few hours and couldn’t wait to leave first thing in the morning. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and book this place - it was awful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
The room was dirty, cold and the television didn't work. The owner tried to charge me extra to park even though it was advertised as free parking. The toilets and showers were shared even though this was not advertised. I work away all week every week and have to stay in hotels for 4/5 nights a week for the last 10yrs or so and this is by far the Worst I have ever stayed which is quite an achievement

The WI-FI was good. Rooms were clean enough. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more.

While this property had a low star rating I still don’t expect this. I was first shown to a room that had no bed, just a mattress then when moved to another room I was given a damp duvet. This was then changed for 2 single duvets for my double bed. The shared bathroom facility had no lock on the shower and only one of the 2 toilets had a lock. It’s the worst place I have ever stayed.

Just awful!! Don’t do it!!
Genuinely THE WORST “hotel” ever! This has ended with me having to go to the police after threats and disgusting service! The room stank, cigarette burns in the bedding, shared bathrooms! Management don’t care one bit! They just abuse you until you leave then they refuse you a refund! I was there for only 10 mins! The room was disgusting! It stank of sweat and smoke! The TV didn’t get reception so I asked for it to be fixed, then I was abused and threatened! I left and had to file a police report as they got really nasty! Also, they try to charge you for parking when you get there! They were just awful and to be honest, even for the cheap price, you can get soooo much better! The rooms are just vile! Service is awful and the place is disgusting!! My best advice is, just don’t do it! I read the bad reviews but thought it can’t be that bad…. But it was worse!!! Honestly, after this experience, I’ll never even book a hotel anywhere near Slough! This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in and I hope the police really crack down on the vile, threatening and abusive manager! This is a place for druggies, homeless and ex prisoners to stay! Don’t make the same mistake I did! Cheap really does mean cheap!!! I’ve never experienced such bad service nor bad management! Essentially, everything is your fault because you expect too much from a cheap hotel…. No, I just expected a basic level of cleanliness!

This was a horrible 'stay'. I say that like that because it was so terrible, that we left. From the beginning the service was bad. When I called about check-in, the person on the phone was openly rude to me and did not want to help. When we got there, the place looked unbelievably rundown and unsafe. There were a lot of people around that made me feel unsafe. The person at the desk was being stroppy because we checked in late, despite being told on the phone we could check in whenever. He was huffing and puffing until he finally said 'fine'. Then, when filling out the forms, he took the sheet away and said 'I guess I will fill out the rest... just like I do everything always.' When going to the room, I was unbelievably disappointed at the false pictures the website had provided. They did NOT match at all and in fact, seemed like luxury in comparison. The bed sheets were thin and worn, there were burn holes everywhere, the room smelled of smoke and mildew, there were punch holes in the walls, mould, and everything was unclean. It was such a letdown my partner and I left to Windsor to get out of that place. We looked for a new place ASAP. When we found one, we went back to collect our things and go. When checking out, a new person at the desk was openly high and could barely speak. he had no idea what was going on and was spaced out.
