Dear Amber, please note that the information that we are not a hotel is not a secret and is stated in the advertisement. We have a self check-in process and the instructions on how to get a key are sent right after all the requirements are done. They are not a secret either. We need a picture of your ID, a picture of the main guest with the ID, a damage deposit payment that is refunded within 7 days after the check-out and a tiny questionnaire to clarify the booking details. After a person makes a reservation, all of the previously stated information is sent to the booker as an auto message. Our team contacts every guest 3 days prior to arrival. We send emails and give calls regarding reservations. We are an international Canadian-owned company. We have apartments in various countries. All our workers are qualified enough to work with English-speaking customers. Our call center has people of different origins and a wide language speaking range. However, we are sorry about your experience. We hope you managed to have some good time in Smiths Falls.

Dear Mirwais, please note that all our check-in requirements are stated in the advertisement, which could be seen prior to making a reservation. You paid for a reservation made for 2 people, but then 7 people were going to check-in in the apartment with max capacity of 4 people. We offered you to make one more reservation for a room that would accommodate three remaining people, but you refused to. But eventually, you managed to check-in without the extra guest. Hope you still managed to have a good time in Smiths Falls.
