“Very nice apartment with elevator in a safe neighborhood close to Sofia's finest attractions. Host was the best host we have worked with!! Apartment was spacious, kitchen worked well and saved on food costs, air conditioning throughout bedrooms and main living room was a pleasure on hot days.”

“This property is amazing! Pristine, modern, updated. Alex is a fantastic host - super responsive and accommodating. It's fully stocked with everything you might need and clearly labeled where you can find what you need (particularly in the kitchen). The two pullout couches are ACTUALLY comfortable. Usually, they are awful, but my 70-year old mother slept on one of them and she found it comfortable. Thanks for the stay, Alex - will definitely be back!”

“Overall happy with the apartment. All floors were cleaned and generally good standard of cleanliness. Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. Kitchen and bathroom facilities in the really good and all worked well.”

“The claim was that this was 'Newly Renovated'. It has been many years since that happened. I felt uncomfortable with the furniture, which so worn as to be lumpy. The bed on the other hand was comfortable. I wasn't confident about the cleanliness however, and washed everything.”

“Edificio nuovo ma era ancora presto per aprire o collaudare, i primi due giorni ero senza acqua calda e toccando lo scaldabagno presi la corrente, chiamai al responsabile e mi cambió appartamento, il problema era dovuto da un cavo tranciato, per le pulizie la camera non era pulita al mio arrivo e gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati ero costretto a lavarli in lavatrice. Lavastoviglie non funzionava, aveva il rubinetto di carico chiuso e l’ho dovuto aprire x lavare il ttt, lavatrice stessa cosa,...

“The property is located fairly close to a bar where people are smoking and the smoke makes its way to the apartment. The door and inside foyer are poorly lit. Most of all, the foyer and the apartment smell moldy. ”

“Our stay was great at AHS. This place is new and it had everything we needed. There are many details that stand out about this place starting from the instructions. The host was really nice and made excellent recommendations. I hope to stay here again soon.”

“So convenient right in the center of things — easy come and go. Choice to have your room serviced or not disturbed with the click of a button on the door. Lots of amenities provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows — beds are soft, which I love! ”

“The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.”
