The rooms are very dated, cleanliness was ok, and staff were unwilling to help with reservation since I booked through a third party. Was expecting a lot more for the money paid.

This hotel went above and beyond for our family of 10-20 people over the course of a week while our family member was in the hospital next door. They were very accommodating in a very difficult time.

It was comfortable and quiet. They accommodated our need for goose down free bedding and pillows. I wasn’t happy when they called our room at 8:45 a.m. to see if we would be checking out early.

It is a very good place to stay at an affordable price. I have stayed here many times, and I would recommend it to anyone. The last two times I have been there, I was not a fan of the omelet with cheese they had at the breakfast bar (other breakfast choices were fine). Otherwise, it is a very good deal and has great staff.

The rooms were clean, a little dated. The breakfast wasn't the best, fruit was old and bruised, milk smelled old, but muffins and pancakes were good. Staff was polite.

I stay here a lot and it's under new management so I was afraid they'd start changing things. The WiFi is better and so is the hot water but I don't like the new soaps. I looked at other places but they're either too "hotelish" or some weird hippie igloos in the Perry District.

Property was fine but dirty and older . Price was alright but other hotels in the area had pools and hot tubs for similar reason prices (sold out). Breakfast was average at best. They advertised an exercise room but it’s essentially a closet no windows and only 3 machines and no weights. Had to go to the desk for a key and return it when you were done.Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Overall the property was relatively clean, but the room had moldy spots in the shower, several items of food trash peeking out from underneath the bed and the linens had a strong smell that made me nauseated in the middle of the night when trying to sleep. I like how close this hotel is to the hospital, but it could definitely improve in cleanliness.

It was hard to find because of curving roads and strange streets. The shower head was poor. There was no hard hand soap. It might have been nice to have an extra set of towels (I have long hair, it needs one whole towel)

Needed to be by SHMC and this property was very convenient. Hotel is older, probably should be renovated but is very clean. Breakfast is barely ok. Nice to stay here so you don’t have to deal with parking at the hospital.
