Denise,I am sorry you were unhappy with the room type you were assigned. I reviewed your reservation and you were assigned to the room type your reservation came through for. I understand you booked a room that said "Double room King bed". I looked through our Expedia page and did not find a room type that was listed as such. I am so sorry for the confusion. We want all of our guests to have a good stay, and under other circumstances we would have assigned you to a room with 2 queen beds but we were sold out the night you stayed and that was not an option. I understand how frustrating that was for you.I am pleased to see you felt safe at our property and the staff was helpful. Thank you for your review.
