You said ok and may be hour later you came to me and told me I do not feel safe here I told you do not have to worry. Then hour later you came with room key and told me toilet is running water and you left. You received the room type that you have reserved. We can always change room subject to another room open. Sorry , for inconvenience. We had over 50 % room occupied on the day you checked in and nobody felt Unsafe and their room was not dirty. Place was not dirty.

Since pandemic we have a sliding glass to prevent extra noise, cold air in winter time, Any smoke smell from guest smoking cigarette outside or food smell from restaurant next door.
