Receptionist slow and kind of clueless about questions I asked. Breakfast very expensive, typical situation where you can eat 4 omeletts or drink one coffee and they charge you the same amount. Hotel is good though, position ok and rooms are nice.

l'hotel è situato vicino al centro di St Gallen, in una posizione comoda per raggiungere i principali siti di interesse della città. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile; colazione con un buffet ampio; pulizia eccellente.

Albergo bellissimo
Edificio enorme e lussuoso. Personale gentile che parla anche inglese. Si trova in una posizione molto centrale. La stanza era molto grande, dotata di ogni comfort, con ampie vetrate. Letti molto comodi e bagno spazioso. All'interno della struttura c'è anche il casinò della città. Davvero un bel modo di riposarsi

personale poco cordiale. La prima camera assegnata puzzava tremendamente e la signorina della reception pretendeva di farmi credere che fosse l odore di tutte le camere. La seconda camera sottoposta era normalissima e si è dovuta ricredere!!

Hotel Radisson Blu, St Gallen, nei pressi del centro, moderno e confortevole
Hotel non lontano dal centro, ha un parcheggio convenzionato sotto l'edificio e un ristorante molto curato. Colazione a buffet magnifica, camere spaziose e moderne, con collegamento internet via cavo gratuito, ascensore diretto fino al parcheggio. C'è il Casinò e la zona relax, di cui non ho però usufruito. Personale gentile ed efficiente,

Muss nicht nochmal sein.
Klimaanlage kaputt leider wurde hier nichts zu erwähnt. Im Zimmer waren noch leere Flaschen vom vorherigen Gast. Fitnessraum hatte genau 3 Geräte. Dafür konnte man in ein echtes Fitnessstudio in der Innenstadt für umsonst. Frühstück war ok natürlich unglaublich teuer wie immer in der Schweiz. Parkplatz 25 Franken empfand ich auch als deutlich zu teuer.

Sehr gutes Hotel, welches langsam alt ist
Positiv: - sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende - gutes Frühstück (gute Auswahl und sehr gut im Geschmack) - Lage - Zimmergrösse Verbesserungswürdig - Klimaanlage (trotz moderaten Temparaturen draussen, war es im Zimmer viel zu warm - auch im Zimmer unserer Freunde) - Mobiliar könnte langsam erneuert werden - Fitnessgeräte (nur 3 Stück und auch eher al, es gibt aber auch Gutscheine für ein externes Studio, was ich nicht genutzt habe)

Good stay at practical location
Nice stay at practical location. Short walk to city center, casino in-house. Staff were friendly. Taking the dog was no problem, but there was an additional fee of CHF 30. Parking at CHF 25/day also quite expensive. Room was decent and clean, although not very modern.

Tres bon accueil. Grande chambre couchage confortable. Très propre. Petite salle de fitness mais acces possible a une salle vers la gare. Le casino est au bas de l'hôtel. Bien situé proche centre et vieille ville 10 à 15 mn a pieds. Je recommande cet hôtel.
