La mancanza di ristorante per colazione e il degrado della zona circostante l’hotel non fanno sicuramente guadagnare punti a questo hotel, lo staff e’ stato gentile e le camere spaziose ma in generale non ci tornerei

The air did not work, not only in our room. But we talked to multiple other guest and the air wasn’t working in any room. Smelt incredibly musky. Which could because of the air not running but it was so hot. Honestly, would love a full refund because that was one of the worst days I’ve ever had in a room. Complain to the staff, and they said our broke. No compensation whatsoever.

Pass key kept malfunctioning we had to get 8 new room keys in a 3 day stay also exchanging bathroom towels we didn’t get a new set after putting the previous days towels outside the room

This wasn't a great stay. Proximity to the Convention Center was GREAT. Proximity to the Casino was GREAT. That's about where the great stops. The luggage carts at the front door were all broken. The front desk staff was less than helpful or friendly. The carpets and everything was dirty. Only 1 elevator for the entire hotel was working. The workout facility had two 15# dumbbells and one 20# dumbbell. The coffee maker in the room was broken, but when asked if I could get some coffee from the front desk, I was directed to Starbucks! Overall, just not a great stay, considering that folks from our team stayed next door for about $300 less and had hot breakfasts, coffee, facilities, proximity, cleanliness, and everything I would have expected for what I paid. Unfortunate.

I don’t like the fact most things inside the hotel don’t work. Some of the employees was rude. Furniture had burn marks wall paper was peeling hair was in the shower and I had to constantly ask for wash clothes and towels

Where can I start plugging in my own luggage due to lack of bellman? Two pillows on a advertised queen size bed which was actually a double. Clogged shower drain which caused flooding. This is usually enough along with a dirty dingy Hotel and room. What was over the top was the fact that zero of 4 public elevators worked. Meaning 5th floor was not fun exercise. YES I SAID NO ELEVATOR. 8 STORY BUILDING. NO APOLOGIES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAD

I enjoybthe stay at the hotel.The lobby was very clean spacious Unfortunately i saw cigarette burns on the furniture going into the large lobby which was a eye sore.The elevator had missing floor strips entering the elevator.The pillows filling was coming out of the pillows.Quality of pillows left my neck sore ea.morning(upgrade to Down)pillows.Over ALL the staff was very responsive to my request and polite.The view of Eads,Arch brought back memories of fun!! Ill stay again for sure on higher floor Best Wishes 2024!!

The room was so-so, even though it was a suite. It needed some fresh paint and new carpeting. The linens and the bathrooms were clean. It's not horrible, but not a great place.

A perfect place to stay if you are seeing an event at the Dome. A short walk through the Casino leads you within feet of the Dome. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable and parking couldn't be easier.

I like the fact that it was in the historic part of St. Louis and was still within walking distance of the Gateway Arch. Definitely do not recommend walking at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms should have been in better condition for the amount of money that it costs to stay. The ceiling has bad areas from water damage. The beds were broken down ( you get pulled to the middle of the mattress. Also, there aren’t microwaves in the rooms

The lobby was pretty but the cleaning staff left trash up and down the hallways. One set of elevators was broke so there was 2 elevators for 8 floors. Our fist room looked nice, the safe didnt work and the dead bolt was broken but other than that no issues until we had a pipe bust in our room and soaked the floor, which happenes, but then we had to move to a differnt room, lost our view, and the room had all kinds of issues. The border around the mini fridge was broke off. There was cigarette burns on the couch. You could see stains on the curtains and the bathtub was not cleaned. The walls looked like they had just redone the wall paper but were streaked and had paint on them. The lamp shade was broken, the safe was broken, the chairs were unstable and on top of that at about 2:30 am I was woken up to the sound of water dripping from the ceiling again. Two of the staff in the loby seemed friendly but one was super rude and acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting to be moved. On top of all of that the bar was closed and they had removed all the vending machines exsept for the hot vending machine which was broke the entire stay and once they "fixed it" you had to use the app insted of running your card at the machine. They did have a little store at the lobby but it only has about 10 drink options and a small selection of snacks.

Disappointed
We were highly disappointed in the hotel and casino. Old, kind of not so clean feeling. Smoky, dark, not a good atmosphere. Wrong choice for a night out when you rarely get to get away.
