There were ants in the bathroom. The poor front desk worker seemed to be there all by himself and did what he could. Unfortunately, Expedia messed up and didn’t provide him proof that I had already paid.

PROS place was fairly inexpensive for what we got. Beds were firm and newer. Felt comfortable with the safety of the building. Continental breakfast was basic but well maintained. Small pool was available. Great front desk service. CONS someone’s lunch was left in our fridge. Pool was slightly green, but hey it was St Patrick’s day. I believe it’s from the water having a high iron content and not because it’s not being maintained OVERALL would definitely stay again

Staff was friendly but the room and common areas weren't very clean (dust and cobwebs in corners, walls had a layer of dust on them, floors were sticky, bedspread had stains, breakfast area wasn't kept clean, the toilet in the women's bathroom in the lobby area was overflowing with and covered in feces). Lots of noise from guests at all hours. Cheaper rate so I guess I could have expected it.

Get what you pay for
For the price you got what would be expected. The room was not clean but tolerable. We went for a softball trip and alot of the other parents said the same thing. Upon arrival to the room it was quickly apparent the room wasnt cleaned to potential there was peanut on the bed where the top mattress had shifted, dust and cobwebs in all corners of the room and a random sock under the nightstand, not to mention the bedding had stuff on it. Another parent had the same thing a random sock in their room and one other parent had toe nails a total of 3 on their carpet. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana, and the breakfast well again get what you pay for.

Clean Room & Comfortable Bed
I'd booked a room here for the economy as I was in town just one night for a turn-around trip. I was surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. The hotel shows signs of age inside and out and some of the furniture showed wear, but the cleanliness and comfortable bed made up for that. I also noted that the room had updates too. New sink and shower, and the walls looked freshly painted. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Great value
The room could use a deep cleaning but overall was good. The beds were really comfortable. A lot of light comes in under the door and around the windows though. Enough to where the brightness of the room did not change between 9pm and 7am. On the upside the parking lot is very well lit.

We stayed 2 nights at the Red Roof. Hotel was clean, grounds were clean. Hotel was quiet and relaxing. Pool was small but nice for a dip. Access to dining, shopping and other sights was excellent. Could get anywhere I needed to go in less than 30 minutes. Staff was excellent. I had car trouble and the desk clerk arranged for me to get to an auto parts store and gave me a jump start. Namesh is his name and he went above and beyond the call of duty. We will stay again if in the area.

Family trip
Thw rooms were a little dirty but nothing crazy. The beds were really comfortable. The only real downside from the stay was the pool, it was pretty dirty and gross.

En el hotel reciben Mascotas, pero no se toman la molestia de limpiar y quitar olores. Olor a perro y orine de eroo terribe. Tiene un recepcionista en la niche mal humurado, mal educado, prepotente. El desayuno si si se puede llamar consiste en cereles y leche. La maquina de jugos ni funcion y cafe horrible. El ascensor estaba fallando hasta que por fin un dia se dano. La certificacion de este, ya se habia vencido.

Comfortable Value Hotel
The hotel was convenient for our needs and comfortable but needed more attention to cleanliness. It was not as clean or comfortable as most other Red Roof Inns, but slightly better than average when compared to other budget chains.

No frills but clean
You know that commercial where one person turns over in bed and the other couldn’t feel it at all? Well, rhis ISNT that bed. It was however decently comfortable and clean. We didn’t gaff be e the barefoot dirty floor issues as I read previously but we did wear our shoes. No frills, get what you pay for is what we found here - just what we needed before we get back on the road.

I was very disappointed at first when checking in and having to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and help check us in for the 3 rooms we booked. Entering the room I was hit in the face with an offensive mildew smell. Then upon inspection of my first room I found dried feces smeared on the toilet seat. In my second room after pulling the sheets back we found an eaten rib bone mixed in between the sheets. Outside the hotel was a bag of trash and a watermelon half eaten eaten laying in the parking lot and the outside parking lot light was broken. The breakfast room was pitiful, was not cleaned up from the morning before. Never ever will I stay at a red roof inn and I will not be using Expedia to book a hotel again as there is no option for refunds or cancellations.
