Faciilty needs updating/repairs. Our room was disgusting. Trash can was missed, bathtub had lots of little hairs and dirty shower curtain. Floor hadn't been vacuumed, smudges on furntiure that wasn't wiped down, dishes in cabinets were dirty. Thankfully the one thing clean was the sheets. Very expensive stay for the worst room I've ever had. My guess is they don't have anyone checking rooms after they are cleaned. I would not stay here again and would have left but we had to be at the hospital next door very early the next day.

Would stay again, just avoid breakfast
Convenient me located , felt safe, quiet. Good service. Lobby was nice and clean, well lit. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean, cozy. BathTub looked like it had seen better days but was clean. Breakfast was not worth staying for, was microwaved and runny. I got to say that the free breakfast was the worst part of the stay but that said, I would return and stay with them. They are pet friendly.

Short staff hotels hurt customer experience
The hotel called us about 2 hours before our arrival to tell us our room was not available. They then kept us on hold for 30 minutes and we had to call back. Once we called back they said everything was fine and they had mistaken a flooded room for ours. Then when we arrived the refrigerator was not cleaned and had food from the previous person. The room smelled because one of the food items was an open package of meat in the freezer. There was also small pellets of something on the bathroom floor. When I brought this to hotel staffs attention she had no cleaning staff available to help for the rest of the night. So she came up with a small bag and took the items. She still didn’t clean the fridge but she did provide an air freshener.

Wouldn’t stay again…nice area but not the hotel.
This hotel is need of some upgrades and customer service. At check in, once we found someone in the back office, we were told that if there were any issues to contact the front desk but they could only do so much due to management all walking out the same day. That did not leave me feeling very sure about the hotel. Once in the room there was no phone to contact the front office, the blow dryer didn’t work and the bathroom light took forever to come on. We made due with the hotel but will not be returning. There are much better options nearby.

Hope she is a fan of basketball.
We stayed there due to a basketball tournament. After playing all day we return to the hotel to wash uniforms due to how late it was and the washers being occupied we could not wash until the following morning. We were able to do the washing machines but upon drying, they were occupied, so Stacy in linen services or housekeeping, stepped up and let us use the facility dryers to dry our team uniforms so we could be at a game on time. Can’t thank her enough..

My room did not look like the photos of the room I chose. Also, I was given a handicapped accessible room and I didn’t request that so the heights of counters and extra pieces in the bathroom made things feel awkward.

Room was very dirty with some trash still in the room, hair on the floor, dog food on the floor, dirty curtains, and more. Front office staff was good, but they desperately need a new cleaning staff!

We checked in around 7 PM on a Saturday night it was snowing out, and I had to meet my husband and my two children, the lady at the front desk did not say a word to us. She just stood there and stared at me until finally I said hi. I’m here to check in. I found that kind of odd how she didn’t say a word to us. The hot tub was broke, which was a bummer cause I was really looking forward to that but the ladies the next morning at breakfast time or super nice.

There was a very nauseous odor coming from the kitchen sink. It was too late to notify the front desk about the issue and we were already established in our room to move to another. I notified the front desk when we checked out. As long as we weren't in the kitchen, the smell did not bother us and didn't affect our stay

For the price that I paid, it did not have a fully equipped kitchen. I expect it to have some utensils. We did not have soap or a soap dish in one of the bathrooms. We had five adults, and they did not have bedding for the living room pull out bed. The people at the front desk, we’re not that friendly. We wanted a girl to take pictures of us in front of the fireplace, she said yes, then she took off. And we never could find her again, that evening. The breakfast was very good.

Love the room size and having a pack and play. Breakfast was great. Room had some dirty spots on the floor and couch.

The air didn’t work properly and it was hot had to purchase to fans was very hot ! Asked for maid cleaning and no one showed up had to request again! The Wi-Fi didn’t work today
