1. No clothes hangers in room 2. Air conditioning unit not cooling. Reported to front desk who indicated someone would look into it first thing the next morning. Don't know if that happened but there was no improvement in the unit's cooling 3. Roach infestation. 4. Front drapes do not close completely...safety / privacy issue especially for women. 5. Every TV station got interrupted after 5 mins with a splash page indicating an error. 6. Broken hair dryer Suffice it to say will not be staying at this property in the future.

A staff made a key for a complete stranger. He came in my room and wouldn't leave for an hour finally I got them to leave went to the front desk and the guy acted like he didn't do anything

It had roaches everywhere when we went to check in it was someone already checked into our room we had to wait 30 minutes for them to find a room and then they didn’t have a double bed

I’d prefer to to be contacted by phone Leanne the front desk lady done every thing possible to correct the situations and a thank her for that.. But there was too many issues and not enough characters to relay a message here.

I got locked out of my room with all my daughters stuff inside said room. I got bounced around from room to room because they couldn’t get into my room. It’s now almost 10am and they have yet to be able to open that room. They act as if that wasn’t a problem. Tylor was great, he tried as much as possible to help but the rest of the staff here including management it’s ridiculous

There was no coffee. Nothing that was as advertised. It was very diry. Smelled terrible. People had been smoking in the room. Trash everywhere outside.

Terrible- The smell of smoke in my room I asked for room change / no available then I asked for at least air freshener they didn’t have any? really in a hotel no air freshener? toilet clogged- sink clogged. rate is a 0

The property and room was very run down. But It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff do their best with what they have but it doesn’t look like much money has been invested to improve this property for a very long time.

ROACH INFESTED HOTEL INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES NASTY
Let’s see, I had to change rooms 4 times. 1st room (102) A/C was so loud 1/2 assembled. Next was (109) I had to adjust the chain on the toilet so it would flush, then the dead roaches all over the floor, and again cover hanging off A/C and would shut off after a minute of running not cooling, and here’s the BEST yet. Onto room110 where the RUDE lady at the counter gave that room to another guest in the 5 minutes it took to get my stuff and take it to the room, mind you, I went in, turned the lights and half assembled A/C ( cover falling off) closed the curtains, and then tried to tell me she gave room 112… which was a BOLD FACED LIE… room 112 was still dark with curtains open, but I had no choice but to take 112 or check out…. I went in and went through the process once again of getting room set. Took a shower, came out of bathroom to find once again live roaches and whatever else kind of tiny bugs crawling on the floor, oh let’s not forget the spider in the tub I just showered in? And Florida has some wicked spiders…. I checked out of the filth and slept in my vehicle where I knew it was cleaner and safer than the dump I booked… STAY AWAY…..

For the love of God dont stay here
Truly the worst hotel experience ive ever had. I dont even have the energy to type out everything wrong with this refugee camp. Its easier to say what was good about the room... literally nothing. Nuke this place to the ground.

Shocked
Beds and sheets were covered in cigarette holes (smoke free room), floor tiles were cracked, ac kept shutting off, no toilet paper, and only one towel for three adults. When asking the front desk for an extra towel the response was "yea we don't have any" and nothing else.

THIN sheets and covers. No extra blanket whrn requested. Spotty internet. Bad tv reception. Few channels. Cockroaches crawling in room. Shower water pressure VERY weak. Pool closed. Very disappointed. Was prepaid for 3 days. Yikes. Never agsin.

First room was dirty, had roaches and homeless outside. We were moved to a second room that was no better than the first except the towel rack was broken but we were too tired to care. The guy at the front desk could not have been nicer and I felt bad for him listening to our complaints. Thankfully he understood our issues and said he'd refund us for half our stay since we were for sure not coming back for the next night. I hope that part goes smoothly and I don't have to fight Expedia/Super 8 or whoever over such a crap experience.

I was not given the room I booked, which was a non-smoking double with pool view. The front desk agent had no rooms ready and had to keep walking around the hotel to see what rooms were available. I was given a filthy room with the view of the parking lot and with no tv no remote control, no heater and it was freezing outside, no towels to shower and the room smelled like an ashtray and was infested with roaches! I asked the front desk agent to change my room but they said they cannot because room service had not cleaned the rooms. I spent over an hour dealing with front desk trying to get a refund tried having expedia to call them but they said they could not get a hold of front desk. I was exhausted and got a severe headache and allergies I could not bear the smoke smell in the room I ended up sleeping in my car. Worst experience of life!!
