Hotel sulla spiaggia a St. Petersburg

“We usually choose the big hotels, but this was one of the coziest and most comfortable stays we have had anywhere in a very long time. Kathy, the General Manager was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful and accommodating to me and my family as we had a very late check in. She made sure that we had all the information we needed to access the hotel and our room. Above and beyond service. We felt like we were home. Should receive 10 stars!!! ”

L'albergo era già chiuso, ma telefonando al responsabile notturno, come indicato sulla porta, siamo riusciti ad avere il codice per entrare e recuperare la chiave della camera che gentilmente ci avevano preparato. The pools were very well maintained and we liked the option of having two pools to pick from! The gym is on the older side and did not have free weights. “Hotel parking is valley only... I would have liked an option for Self park but that is ok. Property was nice, room was clean really appreciated the water bottles available included with the stay. The size of the room we booked was extra large and awesome. On an amazing customer service note we overslept our alarm and did not get started till late by the time we were packed and ready to go we were about 20 minutes over our checkout time.
