Hi Shirley, thanks for your review. Sorry again about the noise, unfortunately this was out of our control as it was due to a burst water main in Stratford causing low pressure from the town supply, which resulted in some of our pipes rattling. The council fixed the water main a few hours later so thankfully the issue is now resolved.

Hi Grant, thank you for your review, much appreciated. We do not have a restaurant on-site and we do not advertise anywhere that we do have a restaurant. We have breakfasts available (cooked and continental) which are delivered to your room. Apart from that, we're glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope to see you again next time :)
