Fantastic Views in a quiet neighborhood
The house is nice and clean with ample room for 6 guests. The communication from Patti was too notch. We enjoyed our stay in Summerland and hope to return again.

nice place
This is an older property, exactly as described. it was scrupulously clean which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked. The only thing missing (according to my sisters) was a teapot! Perhaps people don't use them much any more.

Welcoming spacious lakehouse with a great view!
This property was clean, spacious , and welcoming! It felt very much like a friend allowing us to stay in their lakehouse. The place was well equipped with beach towels, an extra propane tank for the BBQ, books, games, even a welcome bottle of wine! This would be a great space for families as the lower level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a small living area with tv and covered deck. The perfect place to send older kids so parents can enjoy the upstairs! We had our 17 month old with us and had space to set up the pack n play in one of the bedrooms. We walked into town (30min) and there is a Sunday market, great playground, coffee shop, and grocery store. There is a beach with washrooms walking distance away, but it is quite a climb uphill to get home! The deck also had a great view of the lake and stars!

Great place !
Such an adorable property, built in 1944 but perfectly and beautifully updated/renovated for modern living. The house kept cool during the extreme heat, had everything we needed for our stay, and was a quick drive down to the beach. Communication with host was quick and easy. Highly recommend! Wonderful place/great view
We were a group of 4 friends coming to Summerland for 3 nights and Patti's place was perfect for us. We had ample space and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The views from the deck were outstanding and we spent alot of time out there. The beach is only a 10min walk away which was great for our morning swim. Check in was seamless, the place very clean and communication outstanding. Anyone looking to spend time in Summerland and the surrounding area would be happy here. I'd stay again.

Beautiful views!
Had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful views off of the deck. The home may be a little older, but it is updated and very comfortable. They have everything you need to enjoy some time in the Summerland area.

Wonderful 2 day stay in lovely property. Great location , spectacular view and lots of room for 6 adults. Also very well stocked kitchen so easy to make meals .

great home base for wine tasting
The house was an exceedingly good match for our needs . We had lots of space, everything appliance and kitchen basic was there. We fixed our dinner using the BBQ on 2 occasions and loved the view while sipping our newly purchased wine.. Just down the hill is a great swimming beach. Patti was impeccably quick and clear in her communications. Don't be surprised if we come back.

Perfect family vacation!
We travelled as two couples, both with small children and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful deck and BBQ for dinners and the kid-friendly Rotary Beach is very close. We did a couple of day trips and the place was a great home base. Communication from the host could not have been better - everything was a breeze. Thank you for having us, Patti!

Summerland Showstopper
I was so pleased and impressed by Patti’s hospitality with such wonderful gestures of a welcoming bottle of wine, coffee and a bag of ice during the record breaking heat wave! The home is stocked with necessity items — just wow! The home and the neighbourhood is relaxing and serene with fabulous views. We will be back!

This house is in an excellanet location. You can enjoy the fantastic lake views all day long, especially in the evening with a glass of local wine.

A wonderful stay
We had an amazing time in this house and we spent most of our time on the deck. All beds are comfortable and the house is fully equipped. There is no dining table but it was not a big problem as we spent all our time outside under the sun! Patti responded very quickly and the house is perfectly located, close to a lovely beach and a quick drive from the grocery store.

The house has everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Very clean and nicely decorated.
My daughter and I loved this property. The views from the patio overlooking the lake were spectacular. We enjoyed seeing Doves and the Quail. We even seen a mother deer and her baby under the patio our first night. The property was stocked with everything we needed. The house was just as nice as the pictures we seen on line, no surprises. We would definitely stay here again. Patti was always easy to get in touch with when we had a question. I would rate this vacation experience at 10+.

Clean, spacious & amazing views !
The place exceeded our expectations. Everything looked exactly as the photos. The view was beautiful. Beach and restaurants are only a 5 min walk away. Came here for an anniversary getaway and the wineries were close by. Penticton was only a 15 min drive away. Our vacation was better than we expected and a lot of it had to do with just where the house is situated and as well as how welcoming it is to come home to after a long day of exploring. Btw we cooked every dinner and breakfast. There is absolutely everything you would need provided plus some. Will definitely return !

quiet, comfy and clean
Renters were very easy to deal with. The home was cozy and close to the beach. They had everything we needed. Just no condiments which we had to purchase but other then that it was a great stay:)
