“20 dollars for parking in an external lot with no security. Arrived to the consierge telling us there was a "water stain" on the roof. “Our only issue was with the extra fees: we ended up paying an extra of almost 30$ per night for the amenities, which in my opinion should be included in the hotel prices since the amenities are not optional. That being said, the hotel is very pretty and clean. Our room was really nice and our bed was super comfortable. Valets and security guards (especially the guy working at night) are kind and friendly. The location is perfect for visiting LA!”
