a good value property last minute, as each one is privately owned, they are all different, I stayed in number 18, very clean and comfortable but needed new carpet, lucky living is tiled floor

Great location and fantastic manager on site. The property does need a renovation, amenities on offer were not working (e.g., TV, aircon), and the general cleanliness was not great (e.g., hair, dust and dirt in various areas).

Unit had the laundry and toilet outside for the down stairs area. Which was not mentioned. Dishwhaser is as old as the property and doesnt clean proplery. The aircon is upstairs only and doesnt go down to the bottom level. The hot water only lasted for 1 person, so had to wait 30min for the next shower. The couch cushions wouldnt stay properly on yhe couch which made sitting on very uncomfortable. The build up of shower scum on the tiles looked like it hadnt been clean for months.. Very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised
I booked the place months ago and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and style of the unit; the management were very friendly with only the wind and rain to complain about during my stay.

Great location and great amenities. For the price I expected the apartment to be of higher quality. The rug was stained in the lounge and furniture was rusted giving the place a bit of a tired feel. But overall very comfortable place and everything you need :)

Good but some improvements
Overall, it was not bad. Very good location for shops and restaurants. However, the kitchenware is not in good condition and both bedside lamps are not working.

The place we stayed in was equivalent to a townhouse as was perfect for our young family with enough space to stay for a couple of nights. Will definitely consider this again on our next visit to Noosa!

It is a a nice place to stay, clean quiet and close to everything. The only thing i didn’t like was the free wifi they advertise was misleading information because we only got 2 Gb a day for a family of 4 which is nothing nowadays,

Excellent air conditioning (actually 2units for the townhouse) which kept the whole place cool and comfortable. Lovely pool. Managers are very friendly. Plenty of space in the townhouse. Renovated bathroom. Some cleaning spots were missed. Master bed was uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at this resort. The pool was right outside our door which was great and thankfully closed at 9 pm due to the noise. Free kayak rental was a bonus. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location. Wasn't happy with the room being opened to downstairs as it wasn't very private and very bright in the mornings. The cleaning wasnt very good with tabacco on the table and items left under furniture. Could do way better on the cleanliness. Arrived with the floors still soaking wet, which is a safety hazard, without signs saying they were wet.Loved the private toilet and laundry outside the apartment. As a family of 4, we had ample space in our apartment.

The unit smelt of animals,I can only guess the owner or other occupants had had cats or wet dogs in the department. The gardens were untidy and not maintained. For some reason the bins for the whole complex were kept outside of font door which also meant a very unpleasant smell every time you went to you car. The management didn't manage a smile and I can only imagine they weren't happy that I had to disturb them when checking in or out (during office hours). I certainly wont be going back.

Nice apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Swimming pool is nice with a heated hot tub area. Just a short 10 minute walk from lots of nice restaurants and boat hire places along the river and a 15 - 20 minute walk from the main Noosa beach.

Clean, and fresh inside. Friendly staff. Bathroom was quite modern and nice. TV inside the apartment was fairly small, compared to rooms in other resorts. Powerpoints in the twin single bedroom in upstairs apartment were not accessible for someone with a disability, as I believe they may have been behind the beds. Unable to move beds on own. The resort it self was well maintained, Good facilities. Generous tennis court. Nice undercover areas, good BBQ facilitiies. Pool was surprisingly small though. Friendly staff and open, easy communicartion.

Good location near to town centre. Grounds and pool were immaculate. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean unit, we liked that it had a brand new bathroom. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

This resort was quiet, and peaceful. Although all the apartments are connected, the outlook and layout of our apartment was green and leafy - nice and private. The price was fantastic and location was also great!

Really relaxed atmosphere, very friendly owners, and the well-equipped Unit was away from traffic noise. Close to shops and a nice walk to the centre of town & the beach... other water and smaller shopping district is even closer. I recommend Nautilus.

Fantastic. Wonderful hosts, amazing location only
Our family of four had a fantastic time at Nautilus. It was perfect for us. Only a 5 min drive to main Noosa township and beach, and the river is only a few houses away - which made it perfect to take the free kayaks down which was a truly amazing experience for all.

Good facilities including spa, pool and tennis court. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately our unit was not cleaned well and was poorly maintained. The windows were smeared with grime, dirt/dust under the couch, there were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, there was no dishwasher tablet or liquid, no wash cloths or tea towels, a broken cupboard handle that was falling off, and no shampoo or conditioner. Also, when we asked for towels for swimming, we were initially asked to pay $4 per towel. After declining this, we were later given the towels free of charge. The place was adequate for our needs, but lacked love. High price for average accommodation and poorly maintained dirty unit.

Great place to stay.
The owner, Denise was absolutely lovely. As soon as we arrived, she knew our names as per the booking and was very professional. She even had a map ready with all of the popular tourist delights around the area to show us! The apartment we stayed in was modern, stylish and very clean. Its also nice to stay somewhere that the bedsheets actually smell clean, and are very soft! Highly recommended place to stay if your in the Noosa area- I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Aufteilung, oben schlafen unten Wohnung ist gut durchdacht. Man hat Platz und sitzt nicht immer aufeinander. Jederzeit wieder.
