We have a selection of rooms available, named in accordance with their size, and all room sizes can be located on Expedia's website also. Whilst our Small rooms are intimate spaces, with a maximum size of 19sqm, these are perfect for a short stay and typically recommended for 1 person. I do hope that outside of this, you enjoyed your time with us. We encourage advanced bookings for Kiln as it gets very busy, but also if booked in advance either with Kiln directly, or indeed through our hotel reservations team, we can advise the opening hours or if we are full in reservations. Hi Yuko,Thanks so much for the feedback following on from your recent stay with us. My apologies the additional towels were not delivered to your room, especially after requesting several times. Whilst I am unsure how this was overlooked please know I will be looking into why this happened and refresh my teams knowledge on room occupancies and additional items that should be placed into the room before arrival.Yuko, I can assure you that when the alarm sounded this was a false alarm, and at no time was any smoke present anywhere in the building. Whilst fire alarms are always unnerving, we put PAs out throughout the hotel updating all on site and the fire department will always attend and formally sign off the false alarm.I do hope that despite these issues we have the opportunity to welcome you all back again. Whilst we do allow 4 guests in our double rooms, we would always recommend the room size is checked (this is noted online) and 2 rooms would typically be more comfortable for a longer stay.Please reach out if I can be of any further assistance Yuko, and thank you again for the feedback.Best Wishes
