For the price paid this hotel is good value for money ! Housekeeping is every 2 days but enough . Staff were reasonably friendly ! Should provide an 8/10 for this hotel

Generally speaking, it is a good place to stay. The staff was welcoming and she explained everything in detail. The traffic outside the hotel is not too loud to wake you up many times at night. But there are still some improvements: 1. The desk in the room is not clean enough, some back cotton or staff left on it. 2. The old version of the air con makes a loud noise. Luckily we did not need that on overnight. 3. Talking about the temperature in the room, the window may not be sealed properly so that you can still feel the wind coming through it.

Low ceiling structure. No lift. Tiny room. Feel like as if living in a cabin of a cruise ship rather than a hotel. breakfast have no hot food, has only toast and cereal, and a coffee machine. Limited hours of front Desk services. No daily room making, you have to request for a room making.

From entrance to room, the way was not clean, smelly, scattered with laundry stuff, etc. As soon as enter in room very bad smell was coming, outside were rubbish bins, not very healthy.

Can’t believe this place gets rated well. The staff member I dealt with was lovely and understanding but otherwise, this place was a write-off. Air-con was noisy and blew huge chunks of dust onto the table and floors, couldn’t change the temperature or fan speed either. Carpets in the rooms were stained, the bedsheets were damp and the new towels were already dirty. The common area carpets were dirty and stained, shared fridge and microwave were disgusting. Front door was said to be locked after 11pm, yet at 12am there were people entering freely. Avoid!

Not worth it considering the price for one night. There’s constant sewage smell in the room, and our carpet on the floor is sticky. Our room was located on the ground floor and the whole room was not sound proof, as we could constantly hear other people slamming the front door all night, and could hear others talking from the car park. No PT nearby except for one bus line. No supermarket nearby, only fast food restaurants and petrol stations available nearby. Would not recommend.

I point out to staff in the first floor hallway where I was staying that a PowerPoint has gave away from the wall exposing electrical wiring I mentioned that this very dangerous that was on Tuesday when I left today I notices that the PowerPoint has not been fixed I am a Safety officer who I do Safety audit for my full time job I hope that they did get a electrician to address

Hi Kevin,Thanks for your valuable feedback. we have contacted the electrician on the same day when we did the floor inspection, but unfortunately, electrician could not attend on time and electrician advised us to isolate the specific circuit breaker to avoid any electrical danger which we did. Later Electrician attended and replace the new wall power point.
