personale gentilissimo, la camera era in perfette condizioni e le pulizie impeccabili. due note da tenere in considerazione: l'hotel è situato in un quartiere tranquillo (macquaire university), praticamente un campus universitario di medicina dentro un ospedale.. la stazione del treno è vicinissima ma si impiegano 35 minuti per arrivare al circular quay. internet non è gratuito, attenzione ai costi. friendly staff, the room was in perfect condition and housekeeping impeccable. two notes to keep in mind: the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood (Macquarie University), practically a campus of medicine in a hospital .. the train station is very close but it takes 35/40 minutes to get to circular quay. Internet is not free, attention to costs.

The staff very helpful and well mannered. I didn’t try the breakfast bar but the cafe bar and menu was convenient. Parking is extra; the first time I have ever had to pay for parking that is separate from accommodation. Also the carpark is some distance away so if you have a lot of luggage, it is not so convenient. I had to attend the nearby Macquarie University Hospital and otherwise I would never pay almost the almost $350 per night that I paid. If you can get a room much cheaper and an earlier booking, then the hotel has value. I was told that as the rooms become scarcer, the price increases. Something I have also never encountered before. So good value at $225- $250 per night but not for the amount I had to pay.

I have stayed at many Accor properties and this one is not up to standard. It is very tired and for the price I was disappointed with the state of our room - broken tiles, peeling laminate, dirty bathroom vents and more. The doors don't have soft closing and we were woken up several times during the night with doors slamming. For the price of over $200, I was expecting better facilities. The walk through the fire door from the car park was dirty!I travel to Sydney every week on business and will not choose to stay here again. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Had a problem with a cupboard door …. advised housekeeping who advised maintenance… all fixed when we returned to our room. Thank you for having us.

The reception staff were lovely. I stayed two nights and didn’t receive any room cleaning I would have like garbage removed. It was a basic hotel near the hospital, but no pool etc which I thought made the price a bit steep.
