Un soggiorno perfetto a Siracusa
L'alloggio è perfetto per la sua posizione vicinissima a Ortigia, raggiungibile in dieci minuti e alle altre attrazioni di Siracusa. Una volta parcheggiata la macchina, vi sposterete solo a piedi e senza affanni. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e dotato di ogni comodità e gode d'un enorme e suggestivo terrazzo che si affaccia sul mare. Unico neo, è la presenza dell'unico bagno all'interno della camera da letto principale, il che rende l'appartamento ideale solo per persone dello stesso nucleo familiare. In conclusione, non posso che consigliare questa sistemazione ed è sicuramente il posto dove tornerò al mio prossimo viaggio a Siracusa.

Panorama mozzafiato
Bellissima esperienza in questa casa molto accogliente il cui punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza dove puoi ammirare Siracusa Ortigia (15 min a piedi) e volgere lo sguardo anche al tramonto. Da una bellezza ad un'altra...grazie Antonio!

Soggiono con la famiglia
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in 3 .Il proprietario ci ha accolti all'arrivo,dantoci alcune indicazioni di rito sull'immobile e location. Locali molto accoglienti, dotati di ogni confort, valore aggiunto la vista sul golfo, con la splendida terrazza visibile sul Link . Park vettura sempre fronte ingresso palazzo in zona trq . Due passo dall'isola di Ortigia x la movida serale e 1/2 h dale spiagge più belle del litorale orientale della Sicilia. Torneremo sicuramente! ! Grazie Antonio

Casa bella, padroni gentilissimi, tutto bene. Ma la cosa indimenticabile è il terrazzo. Il mio consiglio è tenersi una serata libera per cenare lì, magari dopo aver fatto la spesa al mercato.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht in günstiger Lage
Mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung vor der Unterkunft und mit hilfreichen Hinweisen zu den Parkmöglichkeiten empfing uns die Vermieterin und gab uns eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Nutzung der Wohnung. Die Dachwohnung liegt im 9. Stock und ist mit einem Lift bequem zu erreichen. Sie ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders günstig ist die Lage in der Mitte zwischen der Altstadt und der Ausgrabungsstätte: Beides ist zu Fuß nicht zu weit entfernt. Am meisten haben wir jedoch die großzügige Dachterrasse mit ihrer herrlichen Aussicht genossen bei einem gemütlichen Abendessen... Einziger Wermutstropfen: Eine wirklich preisgünstige und sichere Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe zu finden, ist schwierig; aber es schaut wohl selten jemand genau nach. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Siracusa kommen, würden wir gerne wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.

Great place in Syracuse with an incredible terrace
Antonio is a fantastic host, and the property was just what we wanted. We walked down to the island of Ortigia every day and also up to the Greco/Roman ruins. Very enjoyable.

Another great stay in Syracuse with views from the terrace
This was our second visit to Antonio's property (much delayed return due to Covid) and as last time we were greeted with a smile and nothing is too much to ask. The rooftop terrace has been redone and is a beutiful place to sit and relax and being so close to the town and Ortigia (and the wonderful food) is ideal, whilst still being able to travel out and about. Our thanks again to our great host and we will be back.

Appartement agréable et bien situé dans Syracuse
Appartement bien situé à environ 15 minutes à pied d'Ortygie, le centre historique de Syracuse, à voir et revoir. Nous avons toujours réussi à garer notre voiture à 200 mètres tout au plus du logement. Antonio nous a bien accueilli et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. Le logement est situé au 9ème étage avec ascenseur. Il dispose d'une superbe terrasse où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas et profiter de la vue sur la ville et la mer. La terrasse en bois où se trouve la table à manger nécessiterait néanmoins d'être refaite car celle-ci est construite avec des palettes qui ont vieilli et s'affaissent à certains endroits. L'appartement dispose également de deux chambres fonctionnelles ainsi qu'une belle salle de bains attenante à la chambre principale. Bonne climatisation. A cela s'ajoutent une pièce de vie ainsi qu'une petite cuisine qui mériterait cependant d'avoir un four plus grand et plus fonctionnel. WiFi correcte à l'intérieur du logement mais pas sur la terrasse.

Nice stay
Antonio’s communication was excellent throughout. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which is en suite to the main bedroom. Good to know if you’re not travelling with family (luckily I was). The main draw is the fabulous balcony / outside space, which has great views across the water / Ortigia. The area is ok, and very close to lots of amenities. It’s about a 10 min walk to Ortigia, which we did most days. Whilst it didn’t ruin our holiday, we were disappointed by the fact the air con in the lounge stopped working properly, there was no wifi, the TV kept cutting out (a lot!) and the handle to the balcony area broke. Antonio did come round very quickly to fix the door though, which was very appreciated. All in all, I’d recommend for a couple or small family.

La vue
Les 2 points forts de l'appartement: la terrasse de toit au 9ème étage et la vue. Le stationnement dans la rue, pas très accueillante, se fait facilement. Une fois la voiture garée, on peut accéder à 15mn a pied à Ortigia, le bijoux de Syracuse. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu bénéficié de l'accès internet et il manque un peu d'équipement dans la kitchenette.

Appartement « tellement » bien situé à 5 minutes de la gare de train qui permet la visite de jolis villages, près de la vieille ville et de son marché « bellisimo ». Café-bar sympathique très proche. Appartement confortable, sans plus, avec un « magnifique » patio, et une vue imprenable sur la ville, la mer et son port. Le seul « hic » il n’y a pas d’internet.

Lovely apartment, contained everything two of us needed for a 1 week stay. Terrace was excellent
First time to Sicily so unknown territory. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Great location in a very easy going city. Easy walk to everything we wanted to get to in Siracusa and on Ortygia, with easy links to get onto routes to the rest of the ionian coast and inland. Inside, the apartment lacked for nothing. No internet connection whilst we were there but that didn't cause us any problems. Parking right outside could be difficult but you soon learn to park like a Sicilian. I couldn't recommend this apartment or its location more highly. Loved every minute. Antonio so helpful and gave great advice on beaches etc and helped us have a perfect springtime break.

Centrally located, with a fabulous terrace and sea views
The 9th floor apartment was extremely easy to get to from Catania Airport. The airport bus (about €10 return) stops less than 5 mins walk away. We found that we could get easily by walking to both the Greek remains and the old city of Ortiga. Nearby were a large supermarket and places to eat ice cream in the evening. We ate on the terrace, and relaxed during the afternoon heat. It's high enough to get a breeze from the sea. Antonio was very welcoming and the flat was well stocked with everything we needed. Plus there were some beers, cheese and a huge bowl of oranges waiting for us. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Appartement über den Dächern von Syrakus!
Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt im 9. Stock in einem sehr belebten Viertel von Syrakus. Die große Dachterasse bietet einen phantastischen Rundumblick auf Syrakus und Umgebung. In dem Appartement haben wir nichts vermisst und und sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen Parkplatz zu finden gestaltete sich oft schwierig. Wer idyllische Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind schnell auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lovely apartment with wonderful terrace
The apartment was perfect and centrally located in a very quiet and safe area. We loved the terrace which was so relaxing with the great views of the city. Antonio was charming and very welcoming and thoughtful. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and he had left a large basket of fruit, milk, water, biscuits, etc. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Syrakus
Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in Syrakus. Antonio empfing uns herzlich, locker und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und wir haben jeden Tag den Blick von ihr genossen. Als Willkommensgeschenk stellte uns Antonio einige Leckereien bereit, wobei uns der Obstkorb besonders überrascht hat. Wir denken heute schon gerne an Syrakus und die schöne Wohnung zurück. Anke

Mooie locatie, goed appartement
Hartelijk ontvangst, Antonio gaf goede tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Goed appartement, alles was aanwezig, zelfs de eerste benodigdheden zoals water, een flesje wijn, een biertje en vers fruit. Terras met geweldig uitzicht op de zee en de oude stad. Parkeren geen probleem, supermarkt, winkels en de oude stad op loopafstand. De oude stad Ortigia is prachtig en sfeervol. Deze locatie is perfect om het mooie Sicilië te verkennen.

Schöne Wohnung mit einer super Terrasse und einem wunderbaren Blick auf Syracrus.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Antonios Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Die Terrasse war wunderschön und die Aussicht grandios. Die Lage sehr zentral so daß man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Alle Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Diverse Geschäfte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einen Parkplatz vor der Tür zu finden war manchmal etwas schwierig aber meistens hat es dann doch geklappt Zum Flughafen Catania fährt man ca. 1 Stunde. Wir sind sehr ungern wieder ins nasse Deutschland zurückgekehrt.

An excellent apartment!
Antonio's apartment was great! It was very well located, very close to the train station but not affected by the noise, and equidistant to Ortigia Island and the Ruins or the Greek and Roman theaters. His terrace, in fact, is quite special with lots of space, a covered portion and lovely views of the sea. However, the rest of the apartment is good too! The bedroom is nice and roomy, the bed very comfortable and it also has views. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and he even has a washing machine. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Antonio!

Not a pleasant place to stay.
Syracuse is not a beautiful city and this was certainly not an attractive part of Syracuse. Antonio, the owner was prompt and friendly but he could use some better help in keeping the apartment clean, less cluttered and useable. The apartment had a stale smell, the toilet seat was off a hinge, the bed and bath linens were old and tired, the kitchen was cluttered with food--some in open packages and the cupboards were not clean. We did not feel comfortable making meals here which was disappointing. The rooftop deck should have been a sanctuary with its beautiful views, but the furniture was covered with filthy, torn coverings and one of the lounge chairs was broken. The photos on the website were clearly taken some time ago when things were newer, cleaner and much less cluttered. There was no street parking close by. We have stayed in many, many VRBOs both homes and apartments with HomeAway, but this one did not live up to the description and photos. We wish we had booked a vacation rental in Ortygia since that is where we spent all our time. Ortygia is definitely worth a visit and was about a half mile walk away.

een stadstad waar je je thuis voelt met een fijn apartement
Antonio zei het al bij de boeking, mei is een goede maand om in Syracusa te zijn, niets te veel gezegd ook na 12 dagen in Syracusa blijft het boeiend blijf je weer nieuwe straatjes weer nieuwe pleintjes vinden. Wij komen er zeker nog eens terug. En dan de ligging van het apartmemt. Bijzonder. Een fijne plek voor een heel geslaagd verblijf.

Zentral gelegene aber zu teure Ferienwohnung
Der Vermieter empfing uns sehr freundlich vor der Unterkunft und gab uns eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Nutzung der Wohnung und Tipps zu Ausflugszielen. Zur Verfügung stellte er ein sehr umfangreiches Paket (Obst, Wein, Wasser, Kräcker, Brot, Thunfischkonserven etc.), so dass wir zunächst nicht einkaufen musste. Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Stock und ist mit einem Lift (teilweise mit Wartezeit, er war im Schlafzimmer gut zu hören) zu erreichen. Handtücher und Putzmittel waren überaus reichlich vorhanden. Im Gegensatz dazu empfanden wir die Einrichtung der Küche als äußerst dürftig (nur 1 Weinglas, keine Brot-/Küchenmesser, kein Schneidebrett, kein Sparschäler, keine Tee-/Kaffeekanne). Das Sofa in der Wohnküche war klein und durchgesessen. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten an der Küchenbar auf den Hochstühlen empfanden wir nicht als komfortabel. Die in der Anzeige sehr ansprechende Terasse hat uns in der Realität enttäuscht: Das Mobiliar machte einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck (Sitzpolster sind wohl immer der Witterung ausgesetzt und waren in einem entsprechend schlechten Zustand und konnten nicht benutzt werden. Die Stehleuchten waren defekt, die Vorhänge fehlten, die Paletten waren unsachmäßig gestrichen, überall fanden sich Farbklekse, auch auf den schönen Pflanzen). Die Aussicht von der Terasse auf den Hafen war toll. Sehr gutes WLan, dürftiger Fernseher. Die in der Anzeige in Aussicht gestellte Garage war nicht vorhanden (dies wurde allerdings vor Buchung bekannt gegeben), die Suche nach einem Parkplatz gestaltete sich je nach Tageszeit etwas schwierig. Besonders günstig ist die Lage der Wohnung für Bahnreisende, man konnte auf der Terasse die Durchsagen des sehr nahe gelegenen Bahnhofes klar und deutlich hören. Ansonsten war das Geräuschniveau tagsüber sehr hoch. Die Altstadt und die Ausgrabungsstätte sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
