“Molto deludente. Secondo me prezzo da 4 stelle, servizio da 2,5... Con circa 250 dollari al giorno: -non ti rifanno nemmeno il letto ne' ti cambiano gli asciugamani sporchi (se vuoi che la camera venga pulita devi pagare 35 dollari extra, mentre per avere asciugamani puliti devi portare tu quelli sporchi alla reception.....) -a colazione ti danno il caffe solubile, se vuoi un caffè decente lo devi pagare extra -al ristrorante servizio pessimo (non prendono le ordinazioni, abbiamo dovuto...

“The room was quiet, tidy and spacious with a lovely view and effective heater. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and reasonably prompt when assistance was needed. Although instructions were to wash your dishes, no detergent was supplied. The large bed appeared not to have had sheets changed as one side of the pillowcase smelt like sweat and there were a few head hairs between the sheets. Ignoring that, we were very comfortable.”

“They say you get what you pay for, but that's not the case if you book the Snowy Mountains Hostel. The website advertises a public bar, bistro, and pool table, but none of those were available during our stay. They say there's an indoor pool but we couldn't find it. “We booked the deluxe king room. Well we got quite a surprise when we opened the door at it was soooo small. It had a microwave so I assumed when I was packing that there would be some crockery and cutlery but no, there was only teaspoons and cups! thankfully the bed was very comfortable and the towels (no face washer) were beautiful and soft and large.”
