Excellent hôtel ! Propreté nickel, service parfait. Personnel attentionné et à votre service ! Parfait Dommage qu’il soit isolé (1er resto à 25 mn de voiture) et du coup, on a vite fait le tour de la carte du restaurant de l’hôtel. Mais mis à part ce détail, c’etait magnifique

Great place for a retreat
I chose this hotel because of its location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with beautiful ocean views, it offers a great opportunity for a retreat. The food offered in the restaurant was delicious, you could choose from several options for breakfast, pastries, fresh juice and fruit were always offered. Food could also be ordered to the room at no extra charge. The spa was of a good standard, I especially liked the massage with hot stones. The hotel has its own transport and they offer both tours and transfers to the required destination. My driver was very nice and helpful. The hotel staff were polite.

Hotel on the beach
Hotel is very nice on the beach. Must have a car or bike to get to anywhere to eat or drink. Hotel has a restaurant but the food is sub standard.

A really relaxing place if you want to be away from the noise/tourist area. Well maintained and nice garden/pool setup. some local activities in the are afternoon like yoga, local dance. Nice beach for long walk and instagram type pictures. The restaurant is probably the one thing to work on, being in the middle of nowhere you are left with little options for food, prices don’t always align with qty/quality, food was just ok.

Personal ist top und sehr freundlich . Die unterkunft sollte mal grünlich gereinigt werden , hauptsächlich die scheiben und fugen im bad . Wir hatten eine ocean villa mit meerblick und das ist mit schmutzigen scheiben nicht so schön. Die baustelle zur errichtung von neuen villen ist sicher nötig aber sehr laut den ganzen tag über. Entspannung fehlanzeige . Das Frühstück ist zwar lecker und wir haben an den 3 tagen auch alles gegessen aber mehr gibt es auch nicht. Entweder englisch frühstück oder reis oder nudeln bzw. noch süss ...also pancake . Da erwarte ich mehr für diese kategorie.

This villa was our favorite. Clean, quiet, very scenic beautiful pictures, and staff was courteous and friendly, especially Ade and Lina. Will recommend to others.

Ein super schönes und ruhiges Hotel ausserhalb der partymeile von Kuta. Leider ging dem Hotel bereits am zweiten Tag der Wein aus und sie benötigten für die teilweise Wiederbeschaffung eine ganze Woche! Super Strand zum laufen ist leider aber auch recht dreckig was sich beim ersten richtigen Hochwasser sehr verbessert hat.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Fantastic location villas outstanding, staff are brilliant nothing is to much trouble. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a real chill out.

Nice hotel on the beach
Beaufiful House with sea view, perfect to relax! 1 1/2 hours from Airport, the taxi from the hotel is a bit expensive, if you“re good at negotiating you‘ll may find a private driver who drives you for 250.000 - 300.000 Rupiah. The Hotel is on a black Beach, but the waves are to high, so you can‘t Go in the sea. But the Hotel and area is beautiful for relaxing and long Beach walks!

Wunderschöne, kleine, ruhige und gepflegte Anlage
Hatten als Paar drei wunderschöne Tage in dieser absolut toll gepflegten Anlage! Das Personal war zuvorkommend und super nett/hilfsbereit! Mittags kamen ein paar wenige Ausflugstouristen zum Essen, aber sonst waren wir meistens zu viert/sechst am Pool! Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen und daher für Partyurlauber nicht zu empfehlen! Essen und Bungalows waren auch perfekt!

Amazing hotel
Amazing place! We stayed for 1 week and loved this place. Bungalows were both cozy and luxurious. Hotel area very beautiful and well kept. Pool was very nice. Great place for relaxing but it's also possible to go on trips. We rented motorbike and went to Tanag lot temple. The best thing was just to borrow bicycles and discover the local rice terraces and beautiful small villages. My wife was very happy with spa-treatments and prices for these were half compared to the 5-star hotels we also stayed in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the hotel we loved most in Bali!

Fijn verblijf van maar 1 dag. Erg grote kamers. Fijn dat er thee/koffiezet mogelijkheid was en TV met ook buitenlandse kanalen. Hotel ligt aan de Indische oceaan. Grote golven maken zwemmen onmogelijk maar wel mooi om te zien. Strand was schoon en fijn zwart zand. Je kunt ook gratis fietsen lenen voor fietstocht over het strand. Wat ik minder vond was het eten. We hebben erg lang gewacht op het eten in het restaurant en toen het kwam viel het tegen. Te weinig, saai, papperige rijst. Ook het ontbijt was niet wat we besteld hadden. Als de keuken beter wordt is dit goed hotel voor langer verblijf

Beautiful location
Positives: Beautiful secluded sea front location. New clean spacious room. Great house keeping. Great spa. Good restaurant food. Friendly employees. Negatives: The restaurant accepts outside tour tourists for lunch everyday during our stay and the pool got really crowded during the day. Though, they were mature adults and well behaved, it was a bit annoying since we picked the hotel for the secludness and quietness.

Exceptional Quality
We loved this place, huge rooms, great price and exceptional quality. You won't be disappointed. The location best suites couples or famalies that don't want the noise, pollution and stress off city life. We loved the village location and gorgeous black sand beach.

Enjoyable and quiet 4 night stay
Room spacious and housekeeping excellent. Meals and drink choices limited and delivered from kitchen away from restaurant uncovered. On beach, scenery good and pool excellent. Staff very friendly. Very quiet with no shops or restaurants nearby.

relaxing and quite.
stayed for a week and it was exactly what we were looking for away from the crowds and the craziness. it is isolated and i driver is required to get anywhere, but that can be organised from the reception.

Nice Hotel but some issues with Checkin
Die Hotelanlage ist generell sehr schön und gepflegt, das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen, man landet schliesslich im Hoteleigenen Restaurant für Verpflegung. Hotel Staff ist oft als "Trainees" betitelt, sind aber hilfsbereit und freundlich. Strand ist über eine Treppe erreichbar und ist relativ schmutzig und vermüllt und es fahren tagsüber oft viele Leute mit lauten, stinkenden Mopeds hin und her. Was gar nicht funktioniert hat am Anfang, war die gebuchten Zimmer zu erhalten. So wurde uns ein abgelegener Bungalow ohne Sicht als unser gebuchter Luxusbungalow mit direkter Meer Sicht gegeben. Erst nach dreimaligen Nachfragen und Beweis via Website und den Bungalow Kategoriennamen haben sie eingelenkt und wir dies als Lüge aufgedeckt. Ausserdem hatten unsere Buchun ein explizites Checkout von 16 Uhr vorgesehen, uns wollte man die Bungalows aber nur bis 12 geben. Alles in allem ein Mixed-Aufenthalt. Super Ausssicht, Anlage, nettes Staff, aber man möchte in den Ferien nicht um Punkte die man bereits gebucht hat, feilschen.

Most Definitely recommended
I travelled with my husband and 3 year old son. We all had a lovely time at Amarta Retreat. It really was relaxing. the setting is fantastic. The facilitie and service were oustanding. The staff go out of their way to make sure you stay is comfortable. the rooms were big, light and very clean. Definately recommended as a get away.

Excellent stay at an amazing location
A fantastic property with an even better location. Anyone looking for a quite vacation without hustle and bustle of Bali is a must. Aided with exceptional service standards set by Nobi (spelt right I hope), this has been one of the best stays for us :)
