Dear HrachyaYour review is totally unfair. :) If room was dirty , why you stayed? as we know, you never asked for free cancellation.Also if room was dirty, why you asked for Late check-out? When we have possibility, we are always providing late check-out to our guests. You mentioned, that nobody were at the hotel , but check-out needed , because another guests are coming and we were waiting for big group. I think , your negative review is result , that we couldn't make for you late check-out

Dear DariaYour review is totally unfair.Your mom went at wrong hotel - at residence plaza and your booking was made at Grand Palace.So its 2 different hotel, so at residence plaza they couldn't find your reservation and they dont have any communication between, nothing is special in that. we supported many refugees from Ukraine and because of that, that your mom went to another hotel with the booking of grand palace, it's not our fault... :(

Dear Guest. If you had any problem, why you didn't ask to reception to help you? And you had Triple room my dear and came 4 people. Room category for 4 people is : Quadruple room And not triple. Triple room means 3 pers :) Please dear visitors, if you will have any problem, dont keep problem inside your heart and give us to know and of course we are ready to help you any time and give you our support ! Otherwise hard to accept any complain

Dear Vladimir. First of all thank you very much for your review. First of all regarding parking we want to ask you, somebody promised you parking for 20 or more cars? If yes please show us. Regarding WI-FI may you was connected to reception or another Wi-fi , otherwise you must had complain to reception for further fix , but as we remember you didn't call us, we are always supporting to our guests. Why you didn't ask to reception to support you ? Regarding EX. BED you showed your voucher to reception and there was mentioned STANDARD TRIPLE ROOM and not + EX. BED, specially i checked your voucher and if your voucher was not correct, is it our mistake? Please, provide your voucher where was mentioned EX. BED and we are ready to give you full refund :) With best regards. George

Dear Noel. First of all thank you very much for your review, but... 1. We are located 3-5 minutes drive from old city, by my view "Far from city" Means more than 15 mins. I dont think that 3 minutes drive is far from center :) 2. You had Reservation " Economy Double / Twin room and we gave you Comfort Double room, so we are unfriendly? :( But why you didn't complain regarding above selected to reception? Always better to complain on place, than complain on web site, because we are giving biggest attention to all complains and problems :) With best regards. George.
