Tel Aviv is one of the most up and coming cities in the world, the hotel has no influence or control of noise coming from the neighbors or from the street and for that reason a double glassed windows are installed in each and every one of our rooms and suites. Sea Executive Suites is a boutique hotel with a wide variety of rooms and suites, varying by size and sea view. We are happy to offer full or partial sea view suites with up to three rooms for those who prioritize a specious room and sea view. We also provide standard rooms without sea view for those who prefer smaller rooms and do choose our hotel for the excellent service, fantastic location and good facilities. However, when we do come across guests' dissatisfaction during their stay in the hotel, we do our best to provide an alternative accommodation. Yet, the solution might not be instant as for the hotels' occupancy. As for the outside noise, Tel Aviv is one of the world's most up-and-coming cities. We understand the noise from the surrounding can be bothersome at times, but this is part of what makes Tel Aviv a special place- our never ending pursuit to make the city a beautiful place for tourists and natives. We decided to upgrade your apartment in one of the reservations and explained to you that you will have to move to the original apartment that you have booked for the dates 30.08-01.09 Our staff(and the manager) tried to explain it to you in a very kind and polite manner that the hotel is fully booked and we did not have the option to give the same apartment during the entire stay 29.08-01.09 As a response, you refused to understand and acted disrespectfully towards our staff(and manager). We hope you can see that the staff upgraded you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and not in order to cause you any inconvenience"
