Great condo & location
The property is a 3 min walk to the gondola and is close to everything in town. Has a great hot tub and had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was plastic wrap and foil if you are cooking and laundry detergent. The place is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Telluride Ski Vacation
Great property for a ski vacation. Location is ideally situated in downtown Telluride; close to restaurants and walking distance to the chairlift or gondola. Underground parking and elevator to upper floors made getting our gear to the condo very easy. Condo was clean and well maintained. Excellent place to stay. Will definitely consider for our next stay in Telluride.

It was located very close to the gondola which made it great for skiing. It's a small thing, but the bed pillows could be better.

Thank you for your input. We have soft, medium, firm, jell, and foam pillows. We have extra pillows in the closets, in each dresser and under the TV in the living room. We have 7 - 10 extra pillows in the condo. You texted and called us for restaurant recommendations but never mentioned pillows. We were happy to assist you with questions. The condo is a two bedroom, one bath with full kitchen, dining, living room, entryway, private deck and is 714 square feet. One free parking space in the covered garage is also included. Central Location

Perfect Summer Location
We had a wonderful stay! The condo is close to Main St, restaurants and hikes. The pictures on the website perfectly match the condo’s appearance, both decor and accommodations.

We had the most amazing experience at this place. This might have been the cleanest and well organized Vrbo I might have been in. Pretty dated, but worked for me since I like old. In general I have no hesitation in giving it a 5star rating.

Great place
Had a great time staying at Fall Line Condos. Lots of room and could not be in a better place. Right in the heart of town and close to the lifts. Definitely will be back! Great location and price
Unit was clean, quiet and comfortable for 3 to 4 adults. Covered parking and hot tub were real perks for a downtown Telluride location. Incredible bargain.

The condo is right in the center of Telluride, which makes walking to shops, restaurants and the Gondola very easy. The condo was nice and clean and worked well for our family of four adults.

Great condo in a fabulous location
The value of this rental cannot be beat! Telluride is a beautiful town with a hefty price for rentals to go along with it. This rental is in an ideal location with the downtown just a stone’s throw away. The condo was spacious and clean. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and hope to return next year!

Walking distance to it all
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been any better. Shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. The condo was clean and well stocked. There was a balcony to enjoy with a wonderful view of the mountain. Parking was included, albeit tight, it was an added bonus as street parking is tricky and not always available. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Our family of 4 recently visited Telluride from Boston, MA. Not only was the location perfect - walk to gondola, walk to coffee, restaurants and grocery store and the layout was perfect for our family. We typically made breakfast at home before skiing and then ate on the mountain for lunch. In unit laundry was key! Elaine and Tom were very warm and friendly. We would/will return!

The location of this property relative to the ski resort can't be beat! As others have stated, the decor is a bit dated, but definitely not enough of a detraction to make me not stay there again. Thanks for making it available to us!

Perfect accommodation for Telluride Horror Fest!
Two friends and I shared this space while attending the Telluride Horror Film Festival. The location was just as described! Clean, comfortable, and cozy lodging with immediate access to downtown. The owner’s instructions and expectations were clearly communicated. It was a stellar experience in all regards.

Great location
The location was amazing. One block away from Main Street. Beds were relatively comfortable. Place could definitely use an update. If you want location this is the place. One last thing to remark about is the parking garage. Don't show up with a box on top of your SUV. You won't fit. Opening is only 6'7. It needs to say this on the description. I put my Expedition in it with milimeters to spare.

Dear Darren, We are sorry to fall short of your expectations. We did find our parking garage height limit description on the VRBO site you used to book. For taller vehicles, we have free street parking passes. All you had to do was call us instead of using this very public form of communication. We answer our phone 24/7. Guests love our covered, free, parking garage especially in the winter. You visited Telluride over the Imogene Pass Run. We served on the board for 8 1/2 years. Perfect Stay
My husband and I stayed at this property while attending the Telluride Mushroom Festival. The space was so perfect, sometimes we had a hard time leaving it! Super clean, right downtown, every little detail in the kitchen was perfect. We had a slight problem with parking, as our 4-Runner has an extra load on top and wouldnt fit in the garage, but Elaine was such a pleasure to meet, and helped us out immediately. Cannot wait to come back to Telluride, and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot in town
We loved our stay at this property! Although it is a little dated in the decor and appliances, everything was clean, worked properly and was a wonderful value for the price. We would recommend this rental to our friends and hope to return soon! You can't beat this location - we didn't use our car once while in the town of Telluride. Everything you need is within walking distance. There are great views of the mountains and town - we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in all the sights.

Indeed, this condo is the best deal in Telluride. With three beds and two bedrooms, it's perfect for our family of four. Great location to Smuggler's restaurant, the Gondola station, a grocery store, and the Bear Creek Trailhead.

Clean and close
We lucked out on this property getting it last minute for spring break. The property was basic and decor was out dated; however, it was very clean and had everything we needed! The walk was two blocks to the lift, which was doable with ski boots and gear. The property manager, Elaine, was extremely helpful, super sweet, and above and beyond accommodating. Stayed here during “covid pandemic” and I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great place to stay!
Our party of 3 stayed at the Fall Line Condos and it was a perfect ski week vacation! Tom and Elaine were great hosts and are a wealth of knowledge to help point us in the direction of anything needed. We had great recommendations on things to see and places to go in town as well as must ski runs on the mountain. We are definitely going to come back our next time around in Telluride!

Family Friendly and Great Location
We loved staying in this spot in Telluride. Our fourth trip to the town, first time staying at Fall Line Condos, would definitely return. The check in process and care while staying was lovely. Location just a short stroll to the gondola and right next to the hidden gem of a library which was brilliant fun for our toddler. Will hopefully be back soon.

The condo was centrally located to shopping, downtown restaurants, trolley stop, hiking trails, gondola ride and farmers market. The rooms were large and very well supplied with kitchen ware, towels, and beds. The under building was an added perk since on street parking was limited. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Centrally located in Telluride.
Centrally located in Telluride. It was nice to have a garage. Nice property, the managers were very responsive. I asked for a pan to cook pasta and it was delivered very quickly. Usually, for a week's stay you expect service once on housekeeping. The housekeeping service was there at least every day to pick up the trash and offer fresh linens.

Wonderful condo!
This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was closest to everything in Telluride, was very clean, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room for two people, and the balcony was an added plus. We spent a great deal of our time in the balcony, and it was a very quiet area as well. We definitely will come back again to this location and to this condo.

Great location!
Great location! This condo just a few steps to the many shops and restaurants in Telluride. Additionally, there is a great hiking trail head two blocks from this location, a river walk trail only one block away and the gondola with in a 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to requests. It is an older facility, but well maintained and priced well. Enjoy!
