Wonderful staff and the restaurant as well as the proximity to the beach and Keukenhof was excellent. What stood out to me was how quiet this is situated in a Dutch neighborhood. I loved it.

Very charming exterior with lovely patio lounge access to the ocean but it rained and we did not hike. Brick hallway was musty smelling, no elevator, drab decor, ants around coffee maker.

Hotel in need of refurbishment in all areas. Bathroom particularly bad. Breakfast limited. Bedroom very basic. For euro 220 per night we were expecting luxury. We got below average. Everything was done to a minimum- staffing, towels, dining bedding. Don’t believe the pictures on booking sites they have not representative

We had excellent service by the front desk personnel and from our waiter, Amor, during our stay. The dining room presents well and the meals were excellent. The room in which we stayed showed many signs of wear over the years, and is in need of some renovation or even cosmetic attention. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. The ability to rent e-bikes from the hotel was a big plus which we took advantage of, so that we could tour through the dunes and along the blooming tulip fields. Be sure to check out the binder with numerous bike routes that you can take if you choose to stay at this hotel.

Wat een verouderd hotel! Lawaai door keuken afzuiging door de kamer, kapotte muren, behang wat loshangt, 1 papieren bekertje op een 2 persoons kamer, en dat voor €188 zonder ontbijt! Te triest gewoon!

Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig
Der Hotelempfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und machte einen sehr guten Eindruck, wie auch Bar/Restaurant im Erdgeschoß. Die Zimmer (144 und 145 im 2. OG) waren für uns nicht 4 Sterne, da diese einerseits fleckige Teppichböden, schmutzige Heizungen und auch vom Komfort bei Weitem nicht einem 4 Sterne-Komfort entsprachen. Streben an Stuhlbeinen waren mit Staub bedeckt, der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war sehr schwach und in Zimmer 144 war ein Duschaufsatz auf einer Badewanne der das Bad beim Duschen unter Wasser setzte. Die Betten waren aus den 70er-80er-Jahren und sehr austauschenswert. Das Zimmer war auch nicht klimatisiert und im Hochsommer entsprechend sehr stickig warm. Die Sockelleisten waren auch nicht sauber und bei Zimmer 144 war das Verriegeln der Tür von innen nicht möglich, da der Knopf dabei abgefallen ist und nicht hielt. Wir waren insgesamt bei dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht, da der Preis etwas ganz anderes erwarten ließ. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, aber auch nicht ganz günstig!

De kamers zijn ruim, onze kamer had ook een zitje buiten. Het is mogelijk om in ongeveer 15 minuten naar het strand te lopen. Het centrum van Noordwijk is nabij, ongeveer 3 kilometer. De tuin mag achter iets opgeknapt worden, haal de hoge hagen weg en plaats wat struiken in het gras, bijvoorbeeld vlinderstruiken. Geweldige locatie! De kwaliteit van het eten in het restaurant is goed.

Ein ehemals wunderschönes Hotel, das in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine etwas bessere Instandhaltung nötig hätte! Der Zimmerservice lässt zu wünschen übrig - die Laken wurden beim Bettenmachen nicht gerichtet, das Waschbecken wurde nicht geputzt, die Kosmetiktücher nicht nachgefüllt. Die Silikonfugen an den Fenstern sind verschimmelt, der Toilettensitz ist kaputt, das Waschbecken war schmutzig,

Not at all what we‘ve been looking for
We have been in a couple of Fletcher Hotels in the last two years, some with great service and high quality, some with less but always more or less in line with the price for the individual arrangement. We did choose this one as it was quiet and not in the center. For 200€ a night - and I am in a lot of hotels due to business - I would have expected a top 4star location. To add, the 5star premium location in the center would only have been only 50€ additional per night. Unfortunately not this time. Rooms were small and at least partly quite old, the shielding for the bath tub has needed a replacement for some time, the door to the veranda had no security elements and the cussions for the outside chairs could be found in the flowers nearby - at least one, and the hotel surroundings have been neglected as well. Breakfast was at 17€ per person and day but both orange juice and pancakes where not refilled more than an hour before end of breakfast time, Not to mention that no staff was on the premises.

Très bon séjour. Personnel agréable et accueillant. Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel pour visiter le parc de Keukenhof qui est très proche. Situation idéale pour cette destination et l'hôtel est au calme. Découverte de Noordwijk, de Zandvoort et ensuite Scheveningen.

Altmodisches Hotel, in dem die Wartung nachlässig ist. Rostige Heizung, bröckelnde Gartenfliesen, im Restaurant fehlende Gardinen, sodass man dreckige Wände sieht, Spinnweben an der Decke und so weiter. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber das Bett ist alt und wackelig. Kurzum: Das Geld für die Wartung scheint nicht da zu sein. Wir werden trotz sehr freundlichem Personal an der Rezeption nicht wiederkommen. Im Service wird Englisch gesprochen.
