Regarding our fitness center, as you said, it's located in the adjoining building. Laundromat is in the neighborhood, but it takes about 10-15min. on foot, so it is not very convenient. Please ask our staff for the access to there. Or please use our laundry services in our hotel. With the exception of the French restaurant, there is no age restriction for entering our hotel's restaurants and bars, so you should normally be able to use them.
