The room was dirty, it had stains on the carpeting and the rear and top of the bed heading was covered in a thick layer of dust. The building looked unfinished and being connected to a restaurant gave the lobby a permanent smell of seared meat. One major hurdle was the main door of the hotel, which for some reason is in the shape and size of a rotating "secret door" wall, extremely heavy and to my knowledge not automatized, incredibly difficult to open for anyone with a physical disability.

All was excellent I would have liked a bigger room cause it was a little bit small. Breakfast was not included and it wasn’t so various there wasn’t so many sweet choices there wasn’t no choice of sweets

mai stata meglio
hotel ottimo su tutti i punti di vista! posizione perfetta e centrale a 50 mt dalla stazione Shibuya (quindi centro & metro etc) trattamento eccellente : cambio completo lenzuola & bagno giornaliero. pulizia eccellente. stanza molto bella con vista spettacolare. ad esempio ascensori iper rapidi... e sapete bene quante volte capita ben altro. a disposizione cellulare etc. spazi piacevoli, di design confortevole.

I was really excited for this hotel for the location. The hotel said it included a/c This was VERY important for me as i have health conditions that require me to not get overheated. However the a/c was not to be used and even opening a window was unavailable without going down stairs to get someone to open it for me. Please don't say you have a/c available if you cannot actually use the a/c. (A note said it was disabled).

near main evolving Shibuya station, convenient location on little side street hard to find initially.....nothing to get excited about if you only need a place to sleep and shower it's OK. but very poor lighting and carpet needs upgrade and unit painted, seems basebord removed and not area not painted very unsitelly and unit very small.....

The rooms are very clean. The location is very accessible to most places you want to go to in Shibuya. I only stayed for one night, May 5 but the lady receptionist is also very kind and helpful and speaks English. I would stay here again next time. 😊

This was our first hotel for the Japan trip and it definitely set the standards high for us. From service to hospitality to rooms and amenities everything was remarkable. I wish I had books Grandbell for my entire trip as I was really impressed.

Not recommended for more than 1 night. Hotel is just ok. Shades in the room do not eliminate the outdoor light. There was an odor of sewage coming from the pipes in the bathroom, on my last night, not caused by the hotel but the neighborhood.

It was close to Shibuya crossing. Lots of local dining options. The only complaint i have is the lighting in our room is not bright enough. One the staff members helped us carry our luggages to our 5th floor room.

This hotel is a quick 5-10 min walk from the train station. There are food places right outside the entrance, and a street over has a beautiful strip of cherry blossom trees (perfect for picture taking). The staff was friendly, available, and spoke english. The thing that most disturbs me about the facility is that it was very dingy. The walls of the hallways and rooms had dirt marks on them, the bathroom shower curtain smelled moldy, the hallways had items in them constantly so you had to watch where you walked. The whole building needs a thorough deep clean. Fresh towels and pajamas were delivered daily though.

The shower had black mold in it and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom i slipped and almost killed myself. Room was very very small, not even enough room to put my bags. Hair on the matress snd pillows when i got there.
