“This is hands down my wife and my "go-to" hotel in Portland. We live in Portland, have stayed there well over 4 times. We ABSOLUTELY Love the Suite and it is worth the money. We love the vintage look and feel and the beds are extremely comfortable which is important because my wife has severe chronic back pain. “My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well. ”

“We've been to the area many times and never have stayed at the Hyatt Place. In the past it was overpriced and we've stayed at the Residence Inn down the street many times. This time as we checked ahead of time the Hyatt was cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised about everything at this hotel and will stay here again and maybe even if its price is close to the Residence Inn. Very nice place all around. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had!!!”
