I have little to like about this property. Last night of a wonderful family (4 seniors, 2 middle age and 3 kids) vacation, Easter Monday at this property was severely impacted by the rude front desk and lounge staff. Ended up at their Denny’s and finally met a server with a smile and willingness to serve.

There was a staple sticking out of the bed frame that cut my toe and nothing was done about it. Unacceptable!! I found garbage on the floor and the phone beside the bed wasn’t working. The jacuzzi was dirty and also, the pictures show a huge water slide in the pool and it’s out of commission which is a huge disappointment and it was so full of kids that kept invading our space.

This property should be called " blandman" it had the potential to be great but many if not all the intriguing services half worked or didn't work at all. The pool has a water slide that is not in use, the jets in the tub sound sound like a gurgling stomach, vanity mirror light did not work, the rain fall shower head did not work, and the water took forever to warm up, plus I'm quite certain there were blood stains on the bathroom wall and ripped robes for the Jacuzzi suite. Like I said all the makings for a great stay but ultimately fell short.

Overall the stay was fine. There were a few details that were a bit surprising for a 4 star hotel, such as the mirror looking like it was bulging out in one spot and there was some dirt in the room. Also, be aware the ceilings in the parkade are pretty low, so be careful of that if you’re in an SUV. A safety concern is that there are absolutely no life jackets provided for the pool and the pool is unsupervised with no on duty life guard, so please be careful and safe and don’t swim alone. The water slide is also non functional.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. The hot/cold water was finicky and the shower a bit leaky, but everything else was great.

The property and the hotel and staff were great. The only thing that we noticed that was odd was the darkness of the decor including rugs. The Denny’s that was part of the hotel was also dark that is not well lit and in browns. Other than that our stay was very nice.

The pictures look nice. But the property is not great. The parking is very limited and the parking garage looks like I hasn't been maintained in years. We stayed in a 2 queen 1 pull out sofa room, and it was ok . decent size but nothing mind blowing. Not the hotel I was expecting. It's just average.

The room was bit worn, stains on the carpet, torn wallpaper and bulges in the wall. No thermostat in the the suite was a bummer too. Overall I liked the suite though it had a kitchenette and there was ample space and no noise whatsoever.

Shuttle service to airport wasn’t ideal. I had contacted the hotel to arrange shuttle to the airport only to find out it was first come first serve once you check in 3 of our group had to arrange a taxi $35 while the other 3 got remaining spots on the shuttle

Was not informed when I asked what time the pool was open until ; that the hot tub and slide were closed . No housecoats in room . Forgot my bathing suit in the room and staff were not helpful , I’m not sure they even bothered to look for it. Never called me back about it either …

This property is wonderful, I’ve stayed at it many times. I don’t typically use any of the amenities other than the transportation to and from the airport.

The only complaint is that the hot tub was closed for renovations but that was never mentioned, even at check in we were told specifically hot tub hours when it was not open. Otherwise wonderful stay!
