“Received very badly. It was terrible. They didn't even know we booked and were talking to us and eating at the same time. Very disrespectful reception. The rooms themselves were good and clean. Bath towels we didn't have in the room either and had to ask for it. We booked and paid for breakfast and they told us they had no breakfast for us. They asked us all the time whether we pay now although we have booked on ebookers and have already paid this. We did not get money back either. Not so...

“Premetto che non è un hotel, ha solo 4 stanze... comunque la struttura è molto carina e minimal, il personale a gestione familiare devo dire che è stato altamente disponibile( di base hanno regole in cui puliscono la camera ogni 3 giorni( io stavo 4 giorni!?!). ”

“L'hotel est bien situé, à 2 pas des restaurants et de la plage et la petite terrasse est agréable. Cependant il y avait une très forte odeur d'égouts dans notre chambre et l'hotelier nous a demandé de payer l'équivalent de 12 € supplémentaire par nuit pour avoir la clim dans la chambre ! Le Wifi ne marche quasiment pas. En bref je pense que vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux à Upuveli.”
