Everything was great during checking in. There were only a few bathroom supplies missing like bath soap and one of the towels had a stain, maybe a blood one. Norhing to get out of my mind. Beside this I was glad for booking here.

I checked into my room on monday for a monday-thursday trip. The bathtub had hair in it. The sink had hair in it. They never once came in to clean or restock our towels/ toilet paper. we call the front desk at least 3 times with no answer. The next day they locked us out of our room and said "oh i thought you were leaving today" and that was on tuesday. They only have 2 blankets on the bed thin as paper. We had to go buy another blanket. For 67$ a night with no breakfast and hair in the room i would not recommend this place. Please do not go here!!!

This is a motel that looks like it was condemned and yet they are selling rooms. The whole property is a mess and there is no way anyone should be allowed to operate a hotel there.

Really disappointing experience
It took us 7-8 tries before the door finally opened. The door itself looked like it was made out of balsa wood and was about cave in. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. There wasn’t a bar of soap on the room, just shower gel and shampoo. It was noisy in the morning from train blowing their horns and freeway traffic. The sheets on the bed and not there wasn’t an extra blanket or pillow for that matter. Unfortunately, this was our experience, and the photos online did not come close to what the room looked like in reality. I would expect to pay between $40-$60 for this room.

Got our room key and went to our room and opened the door and a man was already in the room, tucked in the bed watching tv. It was extremely weird and uncomfortable. The whole place was sketchy. More like a motel instead of a hotel. Left right away and told them to give me a refund.

I was very surprise concerning the condition of Red Roof. It looked like they were in thr process of renovating. If stayed at other Red Roofs thru out the country, but never came across one like this one. Especially being close to the airport.

The toilet was plugged and couldn't flush, so they gave me another room, which had blood on the floor and pillow cases were dirty. So, I went back to the office and requested a refund.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!!! The room had not been cleaned for some time. Stuff all over the walls, and the floors were black! The room stunk so bad I had to get another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
