“I've stayed here twice in the past month. It is the perfect place for me! The ONLY negative thing is that no matter how many plug ins, fans or sprays used, there's a horrible sewage smell that cant even be covered up. ”

“Apartment was simple and adequate for our needs. Internet was good. The location doesn't get any better. Walking distance to Cherry Street/15th Street. You could stay a week and walk to a different restaurant each day for a great meal. Coffee house on Cherry Street for coffee and breakfast.”

“We stayed for our anniversary and wanted to explore Downtown Tulsa. This place was perfect!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars plus a nice 5 minute walk to downtown! The view from the sliding window/balcony was freaking awesome!!”

“I traveled to Tulsa to visit the Guthrie Center and Dylan Center. I also went to Greenwood Rising and the Church Studio. The loft location, with a free parking spot next door, was perfect because I could simply walk to the places I wanted to go (except the Church Studio). There is a very nice, good coffee shop next door that I visited each morning. My only suggestion to folks would be to bring a mask if you are light sensitive and ear plugs if you are noise sensitive. I live in the woods, so was...

“We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in.”

“We stayed here 4 nights and overall enjoyed the place. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room were comfortable. Light sleepers should be aware that the bedroom backs up to a semi-busy road, so the noise from traffic can get pretty loud.”

“We stayed for 3 nights, and it is a cute little 2 bed 1 bath. The walls are super thin, and the door handles are a bit funky. We all got locked in the bathroom several times because the doorknob is jacked. The bathroom sink hardly let out any water, the tub wasn't draining all the way so you stood in your shower water the whole time, and we had to keep plunging the toilet. I had trouble locking the door at one point and called the manager and they were very disinterested in the issue, borderline...

I was informed about everything we needed in advance of our arrival and our host even offered early check in and check out if we needed the extra time. Kay was so gracious and responsive. The home was really clean and suited our needs perfectly. The only thing we didn’t have which would have been helpful was a large skillet. It was so quiet in that neighborhood we slept like babies. Will stay there again for another visit.”
