Was the perfect family getaway. So peaceful and quiet. Our cabin was clean . We were surrounded by nature and woke up to the sounds of kookaburras . Staff were friendly & helpful. Pool was fabulous after a day out. Overall a great stay and will come back again. Thankyou. D Christoforou

Was a nice park .but was told no noise after 11pm .was asleep and neighbors decided to have chat outside woke us up .then bed so hard .think place needed a spray as we were itchy .could be made more comfortable all cleaning gear etc in bedroom not really my cup of tea .

Thank you for your review. Our pest spray is kept up to date on a regular basis. We will look into the company that supplies linen to see if the chemicals have changed.

Great spot for families - my kids called it 'paradise'. Felt safe and friendly. Great decks on the cabins and beautiful grounds. Recommend it!

We were initially pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the place - 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a decent sized kitchenette and lounge room/tv. The sheets were very clean however we saw a giant cockroach 10 mins into our stay. Then 5 mosquitoes and a couple of months. Our room was too small for the size of bed so we could barely get in from the side. Decently clean and good shower. Outdoor parking next to the cabin which was annoying when it was pouring rain trying to unpack and pack the car back up with 2 young kids in tow.

Sorry about the mosquitoes in the area there has been a lot of rain the east coast recently this has contributed to above normal fly critters. We can not get you parking any closer than next to the verandah sorry the whether wasn't the best to unpack the car. Happy Traveling.

Nice quiet location for an overnight stay. The kids loved riding their scooters through the complex & playing on the jumping pillow.

A nice large pool and jumping cushion for kids. Well equipped kitchen. Was difficult to find entry gate as it was not labelled in any way and didn't even look like a gate. Discovered it by accident when pressing gate remote and all of a sudden part of the fence started moving. No shower gel or shampoo and just 1 and half rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for 3 nights.

This caravan park was in a 30 to 45 min walk to amenities if you were walking ten minutes to drive. The cabin was small around the bed and the bill were tiny for my teenage daughter. It other then that it was clean and cosy. Thank you for memories ☺️

Beds were comfy and TV was a good size. checkin was easy however Cabin and linen smelt musty when we arrived and the floors were filthy and covered in sand. Also found 2 dead cockroaches.

It's a nice park, bit outdated, nice big pool, the air pillow looks hilarious. Beds are a bit hard though. Ended up with a stiff neck.

Cabin was spacious, other than general cleanliness was lacking and reception staff on arrival could be friendlier, the general public could be friendlier, everywhere we went people were not friendly like we got COVID or was it the colour of my skin? They all stared down at you. Don't they dont want my tourism dollars?? overall the stay was good and bed was comfortable - slept well, external environs was clean, green and nicely presented with a big pool, great for the kids, lots of bird life to. Holiday Park was a good walking distance to the main street but you will need the car for Forster where we had most of our meals.

Disappointed with the utensils as had no utensils for the BBQ. Never got told we had to bring those. The cabin was not cleaned properly as there was an open can of Pringle’s on one of the kids bunks.

The staff was very unfriendly; particularly the one who was there on the 22nd April when we checked out had no friendly attitude at all. There were live cockroaches everywhere. However, the location is fantastic..

Fantastic Cabin.
The staff were fantastic. We were running late, the receptionist called to check that we were ok. As it was, we were actually lost but with her help we arrived. Having travelled for over ten weeks this room was well appointed, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and it was up there with the best we had stayed in.

Try harder to be nice!
The woman who checked us in seemed annoyed that she couldn’t reach us to confirm check in time as she wanted to go to the supermarket. I explained we had no mobile phone coverage in the area but she was still quite rude to me! Disappointing.

Excellent well presented park. Management friendly and helpful great for kids as there is a solar heated pool, jumping pillow , games room and go kart hire and roads in park are safe for kids to ride on.

Really disappointing
We booked this caravan park as part fo a larger group booking. The photos on the website are very misleading and obviously of only the best the park had to offer. I was shocked by the size of our cabin but also how run down it was. The beds were absolutely rock hard and probably the worst I have experienced- thin and threadbear. My daughter elected to sleep on the lounge the second night until a cockroach ran across it. The shower was tiny and no bath. The free wifi is also misleading, I didn't speak to one guest who could get the wifi to connect. All in all I was so relieved that we were there to attend a local event and not for an actual holiday because I couldn't have enjoyed our time there or survived more than two nights. I would have left and booked elsewhere. The only positive that I can speak of is the staff who were friendly and very welcoming. It's unfortunate that their park is so rundown and lacklustre. Would not recommend at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We take what you have to say very seriously. At this current time we are renovating many or our cabins but unfortunately this takes some time to do so. With the rest I will look into this as we have an external pest company that does this on a regular basis for us.

Twin dolphins caravan park
Overall the park was great, quiet and the facilities were great for my little ones. I also like it due to the park being a small park and so there was the hustle and bustle of the bigger parks.
