We would have been more than happy to have maintenance look at that had it been reported during your stay. Furthermore, I am deeply sorry that you took any policy clarification as rudeness, as I told you when I would be back in the building and available to speak on the phone. Your cancellation policy was provided during your booking process, and is standard for all event weekends. We apologize for any confusion regarding this. It is also property policy, that we service all rooms during event weekends, as I see from our housekeeping boards, all rooms were offered service during your stay. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with the level of service provided and we wish you luck in finding accommodations better suited for your needs in the future. Have a blessed day.
