“The staff are all 5 star. The breakfast was on time and they even supplied early risers with breakfast to go bags. Cleanest hotel in a long time. The beds were not good. Mattresses were hard and the beds were made up strangely. I resent it costing $85 for my pet for one night. She’s a quiet, well behaved, 10lb lady who has never made a mess anywhere. $106 for two adults and $85 for my dog? 6 dog biscuits and a piddle pad are not worth that kind of money!!”

La colazione (a pagamento) è abbondante e variegata (ottime le salsicce...). nessun problema di parcheggio. A pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Hartford. Per famigle con bambini ottima la presenza della piscina termoriscaldata e della lavanderia (1,5 dollari per lavaggio). Nelle vicinanze (a piedi 200 metri) un fast food della catena Friendly's (molto meglio del più famoso Mac). Lo consiglio”

“Cons-Breakfast should have been included for the price that I paid for the room. I was told that I would have two queen beds and the beds were full size. The bed was too soft. Pros-The front desk attendant was very friendly and quick with the check-in. The room was very clean. ”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...
