Sono stato ospite per la seconda volta nel giro di un paio di mesi per un fine settimana, il mio appartamento era bello e la posizione altrettanto, ma il personale (al di fuori di quello della reception) si è confermato poco professionale: la domenica mattina il check out è previsto alle 10, ma tra le 8 e 55 e le 9.05 sono entrati in appartamento per ben due volte senza bussare e chiedere permesso per sapere a che ora uscivamo.... mentre eravamo in biancheria intima a chiudere le valigie. No comment.....non ci rivedono più.

nuovissimo appartamento fronte mare
la casa era confortevole e con tutto il necessario. La pulizia di alcuni dettagli lasciava un po a desiderare ma nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Eravamo a due passi dal mare e dalle piscine.

Abbiamo soggiornato in sol katoro per sole 2 notti, è stato OTTIMO sia per la sistemazione in appartamento,sia per la pulizia, sia per i servizi offerti, sia per la cortesia e preparazione del personale, sia per il posto e la costa. Wir hatten Glück und ein sehr neu renoviertes Appartment mit Blick aufs Meer und 2 Minuten zum Pool...Dieser hat leider nur mit seiner Größe überzeugt. Fliesen fallen ab, geputzt wird er wohl nie, viel zu wenig Liegestühle und nirgendwo Schatten. Die Apartments waren zwar mit dem nötigsten ausgestatte, aber leider erfolgt auch bei 10 tägigem Aufenthalt keine Reinigung, zumindest eine Reinigung des Bades wäre schön.. Jeden Tag Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und frische Handtücher und sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal... An sich ist die Lage aber gut und ein netter Spaziergang nach Umag lohnt sich auch.

Property was near the beach ,with a lovely sea view ,which was fantastic,however,the bedroom did not had a double bed as we expected,but two single beds put together,which made our resting very uncomfortable,due to the beds splitting over the night.Unfortunately we had to sleep ,each one of us on his own single bed as the beds split,if one of us tried to reach the middle.I can say we slept individually for the entire holiday.😞

Ausstattung dürftig, Balkon sehr schmal. Insgesamt merkt man , dass teilweise nur drüberrenoviert wurde und neue Möbel reingestellt wurden. In einem Wandschrank roch es schimmelig.Reinigungspersonal sehr nett. Schneller Check-in und Check-out. Anlage sehr groß, nette kleine Bäckerbude, Meer schön sauber und fußläufig ist ein Naturstrand mit Bistro zu erreichen, da uns die betonierten Liegeflächen in der Anlage nicht so gefallen haben waren wir meist dort. Pool hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, ist aber ok.

Very disappointed family.
All the family was disappointed by the reality. It was quite different than presented by advertisement and pictures. The beach was disaster - concrete blocks everywhere and we were scared to let daughter play there. Nobody invested money in repairs and overhaul since 90's. Thanks got immediately we found new and beautiful accommodation.

Nur 3 Bettzeuge für 4 Personen! Trotz mehrfacher Urgenz an der Rezeption war es nicht möglich während des gesamten Aufenthaltes eine Decke für meinen Sohn aufzutreiben!! Die Zimmerreinigung ist einfach unter jeder Kritik. Schon bei Bezug war das Appartement alles andere als Sauber, sogar Müll von den Gästen zuvor noch vorhanden. 1 Rolle Wc Papier für 4 Personen ist nur ein Beispiel für das Service. Falls überhaupt gereinigt wurde dann immer schlechter. Klimaanlage defekt!Waschbecken und Wc wurden überhaupt nie gereinigt.Das Geschirr soweit vorhanden war klebrig und dreckig von Anbeginn. Positiv: Die Aussicht. Schlafzimmer des Superior Appartement viel zu klein und kein Tv. Statt 2 grossen Schlafsofas nur ein Grosses.

2 Zimmer Appartement direkt am Strand
Das Apartment (superior) bietet für 2 Erwachsene mit 1älteren Kind, 17 Jahre genug Platz. Diäas Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer besteht aus einer ausziehbaren Couch ca 1.40x2.00m, einem Esstisch für 4 Personen und einem Schreibtisch mit darüber hängende LCD Tv. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls mit Tisch und Stühlen bestückt. Die kleine Küche im Flur mit Mikrowelle Kühlschrank und 2 Ceranherdplatten reicht zum Frühstück machen und auch mal zum Spagetti mit Tomatensauce kochen. Wir hatten ohne Essen gebucht obwohl es auch ein Restaurant für HP oder nur Frühstück gibt, da wir keine Frühaufsteher sind und haben lieber auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Beim Restaurant gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und eine Bäcker Hütte mit frischen Brötchen Süsswaren oder auch Salzigem zb Burek Pizza. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem 2x2m großen Bett und genügend Platz im WandSchrank in dem auch der Safe war. Im Wohnzimmer war auch noch ein Wandschrank. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die SuperiorAppartments befinden sich alle in 1. Reihe zum Meer und in der Nähe des recht großen Pools, den wir aber kaum genutzt haben da es dort immer sehr voll war und kein bißchen Schatten. Wir haben uns immer unter die schattenspendenden Bäume vor dem Apartment und direkt am Meer gelegt. Dort gab es zusätzlich zu dem am Pool auch noch ein Cafe mit Sacks Zusammenfassend waren wir mit Lage Sauberkeit etc sehr zufrieden nur die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein aber das ist ja Geschmackssache Das WLAN war auch sehr gut.

super Kinderfreundlich ..
Appartement sehr sauber .... super Lage .. einfach genial für Kinder ... der Pool sowohl der Strand spitze.. man findet für jeden etwas ... ob man sofort im tiefen Wasser schwimmen möchte oder auch die seichten Strände. Rezeption ... das Personal sehr freundlich ... (teilweise ein hartes Brot .. wenn beim Check in soviel Menschen zur gleichen Zeit erscheinen) trotzdem Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und professionell :-) Ich kann diese Anlage nur weiterempfehlen ... auch Essen sehr gut .. man hat ja auch die Möglichkeit selbst zu kochen...

V ubytovacom komplexe Sol Katoro sme absolvovali pobyt s rodinou. S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní, apartmán mal veľkú terasu s výhľadom na more, ktoré bolo vzdialene iba 150 metrov. Izby boli čiste a dobre vybavene, jedine čo chýbalo bola varná kanvica alebo kávovar. Určite sa sem ešte radi vrátime.

Die Wohnung war soweit ok. Kleinigkeiten störten uns. Das Schlafsofa z.b. war sehr sehr unbequem. Die Dusche wechselte meist zwischen heiß und kalt. Toilettenpapierhalter war defekt usw. Könnte man eigentlich drüber hinwegsehen. Sind allerdings alles Kleinigkeiten, die bei regelmäßiger Zimmerinspektion behoben werden könnten und die man eigentlich bei 170 Euro die Nacht auch nicht unbedingt erwartet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Zimmerservice war täglich in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, also Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck usw. war ausreichend für vier Personen. Der LCD Fernseher spielte sämtliche deutschen Programme. An der Strandbar gab es Abends immer ein schönes Unterhaltungsprogramm. Die Bimmelbahn, die alle 20 min von Katoro am Strand entlang bis nach Umag fuhr war auch super. Die Poolanlage war immer sehr überfüllt. Ein großer Sandstrand würde vielleicht von Vorteil sein. Im Übrigen stören die toten Bäume am Strand. Die Riesenrutsche ist schon lange außer Betrieb und sollte dann auch entfernt werden. Das Haupt- Restaurant ist ein Albtraum! Massenabfertigung schlimmer als in manchen Kantinen. Waren jeweils zum Frühstück und Abendessen nur einmal dort. Generell sagten uns die Restaurants und Strandbars der Anlage nicht zu, was Service, Sauberkeit und Qualität anging. Außerhalb aber genügend gute Restaurants. Preis/Leistung insgesamt stimmt einfach nicht! Trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub gewesen.

Bra vecka i Sol Katoro
Sol Katoro bjöd på fina lägenheter (de flesta med bra utsikt) och mycket bra aktiviteter för såväl barn som vuxna. Vi uppskattade deras show med Mamma Mia och Lejonkungen. Vill man spela tennis så har man verkligen kommit rätt, det finns ca 30 banor i området. Det som saknades var en liten fotbollsplan. Poolområdet var bra och stranden var inte långt borta där snorkling var OK.

Vi søgte et 4 stjernet hotel/resort og billederne så fine ud. Desværre så var der flere små ting, der trak ned i mit oplevelse. Vores værelse var mærket af at det var blevet brugt siden billederne blev taget. Det var pænt og rent, men lidt slidt og sofaen pletet. Rengøringen var ikke helt så grundligt som jeg ville forvente. Det var som sådan ikke store mangler, men flere mindre (sæbeholderne var tomme og kun den ene blev udskiftet midt på ugen, i poolområdet var der ikke madrasser til liggestolene osv.).

Nice 3 day stay on the "beach" in Umag. Room was very clean. Entire facility had more of a campground feel as opposed to a resort feel. Nightly entertainment was provided (some decent, some not so much). Went in the end of July, pool and facilities very crowded. Check in/out process could be improved. Overall a fairly pleasant experience...

Vi bokade fyra nätter på sol Katoro. Valde superior och var väldigt nöjda. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch. Hade en stor terass med utsikt mot hav och poolområdet. Saknade dock vattenkokare/kaffebryggare. Annars fanns allt man behöver för några dagars vistelse. Barnen stortrivdes vid poolen. Att bada i havet var tyvärr en besvikelse. Stenig och dyig botten som kändes ofräsch. I resturangen vid poolen serverades pizza, pomfritt och annan typisk barmat till hyfsade priser. Det lilla tåget som går in till Umag rekomenderas. Har man tillgång till bil rekomenderas att handla på en market utanför hotellområdet. Det fanns en market på området, men utbudet var litet och dyrt. Kan varmt rekomendera att boka superiorrum på Sol Katoro för en familjesemester.
