“We truly enjoyed our stay here at the farm with Rhonda! She treated us like family from arrival through to departure. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipped with what we needed, the living space was good and the bathrooms clean. Our 5 year old LOVED being allowed to help feed and handle the animals, it was the highlight of his stay. One thing to note, the laundry facilities are upstairs in the main house not in the downstairs unit but Rhonda was happy to make arrangements to use them....

“We rented the Bear Springs Retreat as a central gathering place for our daughter's graduation from Utah State. The property and location were amazing and checked all the boxes. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus all the activities you could hope for for kids and adults alike. Tons of space and amenities! Everyone in our group loved this place!! Mountain views from every angle and you are far enough outside of town to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area.”

“The only word that comes to mind is simply Amazing, loved the ranch the home the animals the pond, their wasn’t anything my husband and I weren’t in Aww of. We went to the Azevedo Ranch to visit Bryce Canyon but unfortunately my son was sick and it was a rainy day but there were no harsh feelings whatsoever we felt so blessed just to be staying at such a BEAUTIFUL property that we just soaked it all up. Thank you Lex for your hospitality and for allowing others like us to experience this...

“This house is so cute! It's been renovated but still has its original charm. Beautiful spacious kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Low traffic area, and only about 10/15 minutes from Logan (we were there on a Sunday, everything in Smithfield was closed). Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!”

“I would highly recommend this property. The owners are wonderful. A delicious breakfast was served in addition to several other amenities. It is close to many hiking activities.”

“Quaint, compact, and slightly buggy. Contact was very receptive to our needs regarding supplies and we did pretty well eradicating the issue but not completely. Wonderful patio, grill, and gas fire pit. Definitely different from any other place we’ve stayed. Would go back for sure.”

“My daughter and I were visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Serenity Hills was the most convenient location! Quiet property that instantly felt like arriving home after a long day hiking. The beds in The Bruce were exceptionally comfortable as were the couches in the living room sitting area. We did not use the beds in the loft but I could imagine kids loving that arrangement.The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed however an outdoor kitchen with propane grill was...

“We loved the property! The house was spotless. My husband and I vacationed with our daughter, son in law and our three grandchildren. Each person had their own room. The decor of the house was very charming, it is in between Bryce Canyon and Zion. We enjoyed seeing the horses and the sheep. I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again.”

“We had the best time staying at the Grand Ranch. It was perfect for our family of 4 and we were able to see and feed the cows, goats, sheep and more with the treats that were provided. My kids favorite part was being able to purchase the small highland cow stuffie that was provided on their beds. They loved every bit of their stay and kept asking why we had to go home. We will definately be staying again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Willow House. It is a quaint property located within a half hour driving distance of Dinosaur National Monument. The Willow House is located on a lot behind the owners house. Very quiet location. We also enjoyed interacting with the small animals on the property including goats, mini horses and a mini cow. Friendly animals!”
