“Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. Lots of steps, house has three floors and it’s perched on the side of a mountain so any walking is lots of up and down. Beautiful views around every corner though. “Das Haus ist schön, geräumig und sehr grossflächig. Der Pool befindet sich zwei Terrassen weiter unten. Es hat alles was man braucht im Haus. Es hat alles was man braucht im Haus. Schwierig war für uns die Zufahrt, da wir mit einem VW-Bus angefahren sind. Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng, und es hat keine Möglichkeit vor dem Haus zu wenden. Von der Agentur in Nizza sind wir enttäuscht. Es wurde nicht einmal nachgefragt, wie wir angekommen sind und ob alles in Ordnung ist. ”

“Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

“Ho passato le ultime due settimane di Agosto in questa splendida villa con Piscina, con la mia famiglia e degli amici. Villa su due piani con metratura molto ampia, due bagni al piano terra ed una sala da bagno al 1 piano, 3 grandi camere da letto ed una cameretta, cucina con lavastoviglie che faccia su un terrazzo con vista su Dolceacqua. Posizione molto riservata e tranquilla. È stata un’ottima esperienza.”

“Bellissima esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (4 adulti e 3 bambine piccole) per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprietario estremamente gentile di disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza; casa molto ben organizzata e in ottima posizione. La villa è affacciato sul mare ed è dotata di tutti i confort, piscina splendida e ben curata. Forse sarebbe utile menzionare che la strada per arrivare alla villa ha una pendenza superiore al 40%! Der Verwalter hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zurückgehalten, war aber auf Nachfrage sofort für uns da - grosses Lob an Sergio!! Die Zufahrt ist für SUVs etwas gewagt, wir hatten einen GLE und die Gasse war damit seitlich recht ausgereizt… Definitiv nix für Angsthasen!!! (sollte man wissen) Wenn man oben angekommen ist, ist der erste Eindruck prima! Etwas Patina findet sich auf sämtlichem In- und Exterieur, jedoch ist...

“Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome.”
