Relax a fine luna di miele
Se cercate il relax più totale questo è il posto perfetto. Non c'è animazione anche se viene data la possibilità di effettuare diverse escursioni. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina impeccabile e servizio bar all inclusive. Il mare è stupendo e l'atmosfera molto romantica. Bellissima la doccia all'aria aperta.

ottima posizione
abbiamo soggiornato al Cocos dal 22 al 31 aprile 2013 e siamo stati benissimo.L'ambiente è abbastanza intimo e ristretto a coppie. La camera con vista dall'alto era eccezionale. i pasti tutti serviti al tavolo di buona qualità. La spiaggia forse la più bella della zona e il mare con colori che passano dal bianco all'azzurro turchese. Personale molto simpatico e cordiale.

All' altezza delle aspettative
Resort molto "caraibico" ed intimo con pochi cottages (26). I cottages, collegati da vialetti, spuntano su una collinetta immersa in un giardino tropicale con fiori, palme e viste stupende sul mare che quasi completamente la circonda. Posso solo confermare la cordialità del personale e qualità del cibo (senza eccessi...non mangerete aragoste), come affermato in altre recensioni. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta. Nella premium plus, scelta principalmente per la vista, era presente un condizionatore che però non abbiamo utilizzato e solo doccia esterna. Mi hanno confermato altri clienti che però esistono camere con doccia sia esterna sia interna. Tutte le camere dell'hotel mi pare abbiano vista sul mare. Una precisazione... Nel vedere le immagini della camera prima di partire, ho avuto, per certi versi, la sensazione che le sistemazioni potessero essere quasi "lussuose" . In effetti non è proprio così! Sicuramente le immagini sono effettivamente rappresentative di quello che vedrete là, compresa la spettacolare ed unica vista sul mare, ma di base, le sistemazioni sono sempre delle costruzioni un po' caratteristiche/rustiche...seppur rappresentino il massimo che ci si possa aspettare da questa tipologia. Se è veramente questo ciò che avete in mente e cercate...rimarrete soddisfatissimi!

Per una vacanza rilassante circondati dal mar dei caraibi.
Posizione incantevole,silenzioso,personale molto attento,ottima cucina. Bungalows grandi,confortevoli con terrazzo a picco sul mare.Servizi impeccabili.Consigliato a chi vuole una vacanza tranquilla in un posto fantastico.Veramente un "hall inclusiv" di classe.Enrike,parla italiano,una perla di gentilezza sempre a vostra disposizione per un consiglio od un aiuto. Tutto perfetto anche nei piccoli particolari.Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff Torneremo presto

I have written 3 different reviews, between Google, trip advisor and now Expedia because people have to know how amazing this place is. I had already written two other reviews before my last experience with this hotel happened. On the day of checkout I left my phone at the resort and was at the airport before I realized. Every member of this resort plus TSA workers and cab drivers all worked collectively to get me my phone back. I was sobbing in gratitude. This resort is 20 star. The staff is amazing and caters to your every need within reason. The food! Every meal I had was amazing, I had even rated the lunch a 5/10 before I had their jerk chicken. Omg. When I’m wrong, I’m wrong. I would go back every anniversary/birthday/or a random Tuesday. It’s a bucket list place. I will say the hikes to the rooms is a workout, like a Cross fit workout. So bring 2 things, a power strip for all your electronics and good walking shoes as I promise you there will be no heels at this resort

Kris and Amayah were terrific. But, we often did not have hot water, we sometimes had no water at all even to flush. Sometimes they ran out of beach towels. And once they ran out of beer. Nice room with excellent verandah, but really!

Very beautiful location with nice beaches. Although we booked a sunset view cottage, we had no unobstructed view as our cottage was only facing one beach and was also grown with palms in front of our porch. Staff was mostly very slow and helpful only after arguing. Lunch and dinner were quite alright, breakfast was slow (a la carte) and with only limited and rather dry tasting choice. Cocktails were also only average. This,considering with the extremely high prices, we would not come back.

I CANNOT say enough positive things about COCOS Hotel. My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon there and we will definitely be making a return visit. I had never been out of the country before this trip, so this was a great first experience to have from start to finish. We were in a sunset pool room and it was worth every penny. As you can see from photos even the cloudy weather that greeted us was gorgeous. The room smelled clean and everything was very well appointed. The shower being outside threw me initially, but it was very enjoyable. Rooms are turned top to bottom every day, so each time we came back to our room, it felt like we were checking in all over again (in a good way). The meals were fantastic. Portion sizes are perfect, if not too much at times. The service is great and very proper/professional. Meals are more leisurely because they don’t have to turn the tables to accommodate all guests, so it was a great change of pace. Typically, we would gather in the sitting area of the resort after dinner as they had entertainment from 8-10 each night. From a super cool, vibey saxophonist to a full band that got everyone up and dancing, there was truly a little something for everyone. It was also a great way to meet people if you wanted to socialize. We lazed on the beach (Jolly Harbor side) most days and got well-acquainted with Shereen and Nicolett. They make killer drinks and are so much fun!

We really loved the atmosphere of this resort. Although it was more rustic than other resorts that we have stayed at in the Caribbean, it was charming and comfortable and we enjoyed it. The views were spectacular from everywhere on the property, especially the open-air restaurant that was was perched above the water and had endless views. The food was very good and seemed more authentically local that other resorts we have stayed at, but with plenty of variety. There were 2 beautiful beaches. The staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered, not just in the Caribbean, but anywhere! Highly recommended.

Beautiful views. I like the indoor/outudoor living of the cottages. We traveled in January I am not sure how much I would enjoy the indoor/outdoor living if we came in summer. It may be too hot for mr to shower outside. Cottages were very clean. They leave you with bug spray, disinfected spray, little touches we have not experienced before. Food was excellent! Everything we ate was delicious. There are water coolers and ice all around the resort and they provide stainless steel water bottles - also a nice touch. The resort is literally embedded into a hillside - be prepared to walk steep hills, and a lot of steps. This resort is not for someone who cannot ger around easily.

The property was nothing short of amazing, the only downfall is the Hike in which you have to undertake. You will leave fit or tired in the end. The staff were simply the Best Aniza and Nikisha in the Bar we’re SUPERB, the beach grill chef who they called Banky was just a great. My overall stay was great and would recommend anytime.

Loved, loved the staff. So considerate and warm! The property is definitely a challenge; steep roadways and a bit crumbly. Nonetheless- paradise! Oh - great food!

This was an experience like none other. There was ultimate privacy with the best view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The photographer and butler were very personable. However, there could be a bit more variety with the food options.

We had an amazing 5 days at Cocos hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The property is nestled in a hillside so the walking within the property depending we’re your cottage is can be a little challenging ( hills and steps). The outdoor showers were amazing probably the best part of our room.. Love that all the cottages have an amazing view of the beautiful ocean. And the hammock on the balcony was super relaxing. We would love to return. Marcia at the bar on the beach is a love.. She went above and beyond and made our trip fun.

Cocos Resort was amazing. Food and drinks were so delicious. Beaches and rooms/views were breathtaking. Staff was so friendly.

Fantastic location! Views are unbeatable! Good workout walking property. They do warn you about it, so take heed, can be strenuous climb. As for the food… We are vegan and they assured us it would not be an issue, it was. Most of the staff were unaware of our dietary restrictions and it made for too many uncomfortable situations in the dining room. Too bad because it’s a beautiful resort.

Let me start by saying my Expedia status (which I believe is the lowest status available) got us a free upgrade to an oceanfront cottage with its own pool. Amazing! This is the single greatest resort we have ever been to. Every aspect was perfection. I’m reassessing my 403b to see how I can retire here. I’m only half joking. But seriously, book Cocos right now! You won’t regret it.
