Excellent Property!
We really enjoyed this property - it's actually much nicer than the pictures online portray. The hosts are extremely friendly and very helpful and have done a fantastic job making their guests comfortable and feel like they are at home. I couldn't believe that there was even a Christmas tree up for us to celebrate with our family. It was the perfect space for us with every possible amenity. Thanks so much!

Fabulous stay!
Wonderful hospitality from Becky and Ross. Perfect location fir our family to gather for the holidays and super dog friendly. Beautiful grounds and hit tub was amazing on those cold nights! Highly recommend… we will most definitely stay there again!

Wish we had stayed longer
Beautiful property with great amenities. We loved being able to relax on the couch and watch some TV after a long day, then soak in the amazing tub and enjoy a rainfall shower after. The bed was comfy and we both woke up refreshed. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Becky was very communicative and kind. Would love to come back again!

So clean
Place was exactly as described and hosts were exceptionally friendly. I really liked that there was parking for both of our vehicles jn their driveway and they were very pet friendly. I also loved how clean everything was!!

Luxury in the suburbs
What can I say, Becky and Ross were very attentive. Met us at the door. Showed us around the property. Almost everything you could need is provided, well stocked (cooking utensils) kitchen and bathroom. We only stayed one night but beds were comfortable, unit is private, and neighborhood is quiet. Mundy Park is a short walk from the property and we went for a nice walk and saw turtles and birds.

Dont hesitate, just book!
What a wonderful place to stay! Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, the kitchen was well appointed and the yard was amazing. The best part was the hosts. They prompty answered any questions and gave the best recommendations for activities and places to eat. We would love to stay here again in the fall

Awesome Hosts and Great Property
Becky and Ross were truly outstanding hosts throughout our stay. We unfortunately contracted Covid during our stay and Becky and Ross were great support providing food and medicine to ease our symptoms. The apartment was really well set up with a full kitchen, comfortable bed and good dining facilities. We had quite a bit of snow and Ross was very diligent in clearing the walkways and driveway. Parking was available in their driveway which was quite convenient. The location was fantastic, close to Mundy Park which we enjoyed walking through when we could leave the apartment as our covid symptoms improved. Overall a 5 star property and 5 star hosts. Thank you Becky and Ross again for all of our help.

Becky and Ross were wonderful hosts whilst we stayed in their beautiful property. The accommodation was top notch, stylish yet very comfortable with excellent facilities. The pool area was fabulous and we were made to feel so very welcome.We especially loved being so close to Mundy Park and enjoyed several relaxing walks there. When we return to the area we would certainly hope to rent this properly again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and being so generous.

The hosts are very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely and huge apartment. Major points for me are the pool and very close access to Mundy Park . Hope to go five days next year.

A very wonderful trip
We spent 2 weeks here and had a lovely time. Firstly, the accommodations were great. It is a lovely suite with 2 beds. One of the beds is a pull out, but doesn’t feel like one! It’s very comfortable (we both have bad backs, so we would know). The aesthetics of the suite are very beautiful (especially the stunning bathroom). The yard is wonderful and provides a beautiful view. The location was great for us. There’s easy access to an off-leash walking area inside a gorgeous forest. Our dogs were very happy with this! There are also many delicious food delivery options nearby. We also enjoyed a quick (less than 15 min drive) to Port Moody twice. It’s a lovely area to visit and not too busy with regards to traffic. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. They were so helpful, responsive, and kind. We are already thinking of when we can go back again!!!!!

Family vacay in coquitlam
We had a great time here, the hosts were friendly, helpful and available. The pool was awesome, the house was clean and had all the modern amenities. This was a great base camp to do things all over the Vancouver area. The dog friendly park across the street was a beautiful place to explore with our teenage boys and our dog. We would love to go back and stay again. Thank-you Becky and Ross !

La propiedad corresponde perfectamente a lo anunciado. La limpieza es sobresaliente, así como los detalles al recibirnos ( Leche, café, cesta de frutas y tenia todos los condimentos ). Los dueños Becky y Ross se volcaron en hacer nuestra estancia agradable. Respondieron rápidamente a lo poco que tuvimos que pedirles , bueno fueron más bien aclaraciones a algunas dudas. Amazing place!
Becky and Ross are amazing hosts. We stayed at their property for 7 nights in October and loved every minute of it. The guest space is big, beautifully decorated with luxury detail. The place is very new. The bathroom with the big tub is nothing short of amazing, honestly just as luxurious as what you'd find at a very high end resort. The pool is heated and our kids loved it! Ross setup heaters outside for us so we were nice and warm in the middle of fall. The place is located close to a large park with nature and trails. I worked from the property while the fam enjoyed Vancouver so it was nice to be able to quickly walk to a nice area and get a bit of exercise. We are super thankful to Becky and Ross for what my son calls 'best vacation ever'. We are looking forward to seeing them again soon!

In our top 5 list for ‘awesome hosts and accommodations’!
Ross and Becky are one of our ‘top 5 best hosts’ ever stayed with at vrbo! And I’ve booked hundreds of vrbo! 💐💐💐They make you feel like part of their warm fun family. Becky, a trained chef, let me borrow few baking supplies…which bonus when visiting family. Ross was happily available for any assistance we needed, meeting us to explain rental.. The 2 story apartment is high end and luxurious, comfortable, large, super clean, and well decorated. They even left a fruit bowl! The bathroom is luxurious, huge soaking tub/shower, great towels, etc. Bonus: ability to back car close to front door on 2nd level where kitchen/dinning/living/bathroom located. Main bedroom is downstairs, along with pullout couch (didn’t use) and is very quiet for sleeping. All rooms have separate heat control…bonus. Lots TV’s, throughout. Kitchen had high end dishes, cutlery, and Becky close by if needed anything extra. Nice fireplace in living room for cooler autumn days…and the pool was fabulous. One of best part of our stay was R@B’s gracious invite for our 2 adult children@ grandkids to play in pool for couple hours. This was the highlight of their summer given all the covid19 restrictions at public pools. Landscaping is Beautiful, backyard even set up for special events like weddings, etc. And having Becky as chef on site a bonus…she’s a treasure! My Hubby enjoyed walks in Mundy park across street with our furry baby which is right in heart of suburbs. Unusual having such a great park with old growth trees in middle suburbs-feels like your out in country. It was very nice getting to know R@B over wine, etc. We’ll be back. Thanks again, Ross and Becky, your hospitality is ‘Top Drawer’! 🌈🌈🌈

Wonderful poolside vacation.
We had a wonderful time staying at Becky and Ross' place. The location is great. It is a block to Mundy Park, which has beautiful walking paths, and a 10 minute drive to Port Moody or the Coquitlam Mall. Becky and Ross were awesome hosts. They were there to greet us and even helped us bring our things in to the suite. There was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit in our unit, and they were responsive to all requests for recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was clean, and the patio was comfortable for lounging. Becky and Ross are great people. In no time, they felt like old friends, though they were never intrusive. Becky was amazing. We were there to celebrate my husband's special birthday, and she made it extra special, in ways I never would have thought of. She decorated and provided special glasses, dinnerware and linens, all set up on a raised table on the lawn under twinkling lights. All of this was done in collaboration with me. She never imposed her ideas, but I went with them all, as they worked beautifully. I highly recommend their place whether you are celebrating an occasion, or just want to have a relaxing poolside vacation.
