This hotel is dated and dirty. It also has no airport shuttle despite advertising it does. We requested a nonsmoking room and had to change rooms three times because the rooms were so smoky. The front desk staff were very accommodating and the poor rating is no reflection of customer service.

The hotel was fine for the night. Bed was comfortable but I'd describe the hotel as dumpy. Staff was friendly but the check in process was slow.

Sad being a non smoker and I had to stay on the 5th floor because it was cheaper, as a late check in from Puerta Vallarta and a very early check out i felt robbed for what i had to pay for the room for about 6 hours. Front desk employee said non smoking is more expensive! 20.00 or 30.00 more but showed no interest in offering a different room seemed inconvenient! More of a bother

The entire Hotel smelled bad we walked into our room to find the window on the 7th Floor wide open no screen I went over to the curtains pulled the back to close the window to find dirty socks and belongings from the last guests filthy under the bed there is no way those beds were freshly made the sheets and pillowcases wrinkled and it looked like they were simply smoothed out from the last guest. If it wasn't so late at night and we didn't have our grandchildren with us we would have left but we were too exhausted from travel there was silverfish in the bathroom the TV didn't work properly the vending machines were empty. There was no shuttle even though it's advertised on some sites that was fine we took a cab we woke up extremely in the early in the morning and got out of there. We are absolutely shocked that this is a Wyndham Hotel usually they're good this is disgusting and I really don't think they care the curtains were stained the walls were dirty the wallpaper was ripped the lampshade was ripped I'm pretty sure if we leaned up against the wall in the bathroom we would have stuck there. Don't waste your money don't waste your time it's horrible

The rooms were in horrible condition, the carpets were very dirty and dust bunnies and dirt were piled up over whole carpet. Couldn’t get the plug to stay in the tub to have a bath, room smelled horrible of smoke. I couldn’t take my shoes off in the room for fear of the grime. Two light bulbs were missing and a very dark room. Also the window over the screen was falling off and I couldn’t get it back on. For that I spent 210.00 of my hard earned money. Shame on you!

Old, dirty, room smelled horribly of cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Wouldnt move us. Pool heater was broken so water was ice cold. Carpet in room was filthy, bedding smelled like animals and smoke.

Hotel had canceled their airport shuttle a year before but it had not reflected the change on website directly. Also changed breakfast to a grab&go bag...too full of sugar items. Staff was friendly, but TV signal kept going off and on during our one night stay....frustrating.

Smoking rooms should be advertised better. Like, full caps on the site. That was a health hazard and that entire floor should be burned and saged. Also had a huge spider in my shower and hair on the floor. Also, a boom box from the early 2000’s? What a strange place. Lesson learned. Never again. Sandman is the better option.

Outrageous price The worst hotel stay ive ever had. Silverfish in bathroom Hallways smelled horrible. No shuttles to airport at an airport hotel Dirty and rundown. So many better options near by.

After booking with credit card they still ask a 100 dollar that they will give back after they inspected the room . If you don't have a creditcard they charge you for 200 dollar or even 300 dollar . Breakfirst is hardly wurth to give that name . Room and location is ok but checking in is a big surprise this way .

I had reserved an early check-in. The staff accommodated me. But the room was not ready when I came up to it. The main floor entering our room smells like urine. it seems like there ihas been nothing new in the room since 1970. Although we are paying a premium price, it is possibly the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The air-conditioning system has an awful lot to be desired, and the walls were dirty. I do not recommend staying here ever again.

Was a great hotel for quick, easy access to YVR. Had a great sleep. Elevator was a bit dirty, but wasn't really concerned. Was just there to be close to YVR for an early flight.

It was just fine. I booked through a third party looking at in my room was $96 for the night and it with your usual to start Hotel. What made it lovely was the lady at the front desk was kind enough to let me check and one and a half hours early which was fabulous because I have been up since 2:37 AM in the morning. So kind to me. I appreciated it so much.

The pool area was dirty and the pool was very cold. The rooms had a weird smell, bathroom was dirty, wall paper was peeling off the wall and carpet was very stained. Not a place I would ever stay again. Not worth $160 a night

The hotel requires major renovations as there is a musty smell and mildew/mold on the windows and washroom. The two nights we stayed were very uncomfortable, but the reception service was good.

Trash all over the property when arriving rats running around when we checked out the trash was still everywhere.The rooms are SMALL and not clean no sheets on the bed just a blanket tossed over them. Staff was nice tho!

Terrible experience room was extremely filthy stains on sheet we checked in and walked back out of the filthy place there was a housekeeping staff sleeping on the bed . Hotel staff was terrible overall terrible could not stay and smelly
