The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and the atmosphere there was also hygienic and fresh. Where there is no noise and what is the behavior of the person. The service there was very effective.

シャワーが水しか出ない事を相談すると、お湯を出すには追加料がかかると言われました。サービスかと思った朝の飲み物も有料でした。クーラーも無いです。スタッフのホスピタリティが全くなく、今までで最低なホテルでした。日本人なら行かない方がいいです。

We are sorry if you didin't like anything at the property & we will do it on ugrent basis, dear mam if you mention your keylost problem in your review then it was much better & you didn't mentioned that you lost the rooms key and want to waive off the charges but after getting charged you giving a negative review without any major problem.

A fantastic stay at the prime location. It’s walking distance to the ghat and the main market. Eateries and thandai around the corners makes it awesome place to have a room here. Very friendly staff and helping nature.

I recommend people Hotel Yash Residency for stay in Varanasi because services are all good , facilities are good, worth for money, Early check-in and late check-out are also available with extra charges. This property is like rat hole , no ventilation, beware while you book some rooms are a/c non a/c though they say in amenities air condition as one of the features , but it’s not , I had to wait two hours to get changed to ac room. They gave me a room where no ventilation no lighting as soon as you enter you feel suffocating, had to vacate in one night though booked for two nights. No linen were provided they gave us were stinky and had smoke smell

Poor location all the distances are fake or Ariel . Tons of better hotels are available on better location. Does not deserve to be on Expedia. I was feeling like cheated when saw the hotel. Road to hotel is too cramped. And name descriptions like Assi Ghat is misguiding. I paid around $35 for the first night and paid another INR 1960 ($24 approximately)for next night .

Despite the fact that we reserved an ac room 2month ahead of our journey, they over charged us 2000 rupee to give an ac room. Unfriendly staff and manager. No hot water to drink or take a bath. Dirtiest room ever. Check in took 2 hours.

Disappointing Stay
I paid almost 4000 rupees per night whereas per night booking rate is about 1200 rupees for the room I was given. Hotel did not offer AC and also it did not have beg big enough to accommodate three adults.
